Arcadia group is the well-known brand which is leading in the retail sector industry. It
isn't best opportunity for me to work with such an extreme organisation (Roy, Akhtar and Das,
2017). I think I have and potential skills as well as the abilities to perform the operations of the
company which will be helpful in enhancing the personal and professional growth. I possess the
knowledge which is matched by the requirements of the company. With the past experience I can
give best to the organisation (Saxen and Pandy., 2018). I exam in myself that this organisation is

There are many activities in task which I have performed achieve the personal and
organisational goals. According to me working as a team helps me in developing the skills and
competency of the person himself and for the company. During my internship I had a great
opportunity to act as an team leader of fellow nine members. There we used to complete the
different tasks in a specific time period and an assigned ways (Silverman and et. al., 2017). This
helps me in developing the moral and good communication skills are used in enhancing the
manners to attend the objective. Further, in my job I used to handle 20 peoples under me to

manage to finance Department of the company. There I learnt to work in a systematic manner
without any confusion and issues as everyone has their own ideas which have their own pros and
cons. To determine and analyses the ideas by the other team members helps in achieving the
common goals on time (Maranto and et. al., 2018).

do and what was the outcome)
In market while working like others I have faced many situations where I have to develop
a different approach to solve the problems in an effective manner. This helps me in modifying
the existing methods to solve my problem (Duffy and et. al., 2018). During my job I faced in
problem of tracking and allowing my working pace with my team members. It was a very
difficult problem for me to listen to all team members in to satisfy their wants this helps them to
motivate there working potentials. Therefore I was sure that I have to prove myself as the best
for this I have applied all the skills which are possessed by me this helps me in pushing my
boundaries and made myself comfortable in making and maintaining a positive relations with
other fellow team members. I used to analyses each and every e team members and determined
there personal and professional wants and needs which will be helpful in motivating them to
work in an effective manner.

to maintain healthy relation with my superior so that they can help me in solving my problems
