my analytical and Research skill that has been possessed by me. Thus, this makes me think
that current requirement of company for the job role is best suited with my skills knowledge
and capabilities trough I can actually deliver my values towards company job role that lead
enterprise to gain success within short period of time.
2. Tell us about a time you worked in a group to achieve an objective (what did you do
and what was the outcome?)
During my educational tenure, at PCD College, I participated in different type of skill
challenge competition within that I worked with the team of 15 students whom I did not
know even my face. In that task we have assigned to develop a 10 minute PowerPoint
presentation that was based on non profit organisation of our choice. The presentation was
supposed to be presented on World Youth skill day in college auditorium. At initial stage
when task was allotted to each and every individual and we have agreed to make presentation
in five meetings, all the necessary details were done. The roles that had been allotted to each
one of us was very difficult as we have to make time for this apart from sports commitment,
study timing, family timing and other necessary work. There were different meetings within
which every individual shared their views and opinions. One member within our team was
shy and was not that much confident to deliver opinion among everyone. Thus, I conversed
with her and encouraged her to share her views on the subject matter. Thus, after post
meetings we have developed a PPT and presented in college auditoria. Our presentation got
the first prize and we all get praised for our creativity, Innovation and ideas.
3. Tell us about a time when you identified a new approach to solve a problem. (what
did you do and what was the outcome?)
When I was working as an intern in National skill Society for 4 week I was us to allocate
results in relation to the survey that has been conducted for 2,000 individuals and reported to
group of non technical individual. I had only 5 days to perform this task, I knew that if I
undertake technical language in order to communicate data the working group I cannot able
to demonstrate them information effectively. Thus, in order to delivery successful results I
segregated task into small subsection and develop a time table to convert all the technical
data into raw material as to deliver outcomes to non-technical individuals. In order to
accomplish this, a spreadsheet was made by me that help me to split information in order to
use multiple variants of outcomes. I made PowerPoint presentation in order to communicate
Page 9 of 13

my information’s to non technical individual. In that presentation I undertake the use of
charts bars and pie chart as to easily make information understandable to people those who
belong from non technical background. On the final day I deliver the presentation and my
superior and peers was impressed my work and praised my efforts.
4. Tell us about a time when you had to manage a number of different priorities and
complete a number of tasks in a short amount of time (what did you do and what
was the outcome?)
If I talk about my past experiences I used to accomplish requirement of task that was
much more difficult and takes lot of time. I take advantage of research as I was known
with the fact that I can accomplish requirements of task that are easy in shorter duration.
The conclusion that I draw was mostly in my favour as I effectively developed my mind
to work with Complex situation at starting level. Main reason was that that when an
individual start working it is essential to remain your mind fresh as different alternatives
can come in front of you with the help of which successful outcomes can be gained in
specific period of time.
5. Tell us about a project you worked on that required you to persuade others to your
point of view (what did you do and what was the outcome?)
During my college, I was asked to deliver outcomes on a project assignment. In that I
was required to work with 5 groups of individuals and display the evaluation of profitability
at any large base organisation in a creative and presentable manner. My team members
wanted to conduct project in terms of descriptive and written report, for that I possessed
contrasting view. As I was looking forward to make PowerPoint presentation within which I
can demonstrate ideas and information through pie chart, bar graphs and other pictorial
manner. Other team members of mine want to undertake written format as they have already
done same kind of assessment in that way and gained praise. Thus, in order to make my team
made agree with my demonstration I developed a one minute presentation in a summarised
manner as to demonstrate the manner from which I wanted to present the topic. After seeing
my presentation my team members virtually impressed and they were finally agreed with my
point of view.
