For the job vacancy of Administration Assistant at Arcadia group I have undertaken
some seminar interviews.
To prepare for a job role, one needs to go through an interview process. I am aware
about the job process as I have given it before as well.
After that, to prepare for the interview, I have practised so many questions and there
answers which are generally asked during the interview and to prepare it in a better
way, I wrote down all the questions on flashcard and picked them randomly.
This preparation helped me in knowing about my weaknesses and strengths.
Practice with flashcard helped me in assisting about answering questions coming in
any order.
In an interview, giving correct answers is not the only thing one should prepare for,
that is why I have equally focused on my body language, eye contact and postures.
Further, to know my performance, I have given the chance of recruiting me to my
