There are several activities and tasks where I have performed and worked in a team.
According to me, working in a team help in enhancement of skill and competencies due to
which a person can gain better opportunities in coming future. In my previous internship
programme, we have allotted a task that involve 9 team members. For conducting all the
activities and complete task on time period, we are scheduled a meeting first. In the meeting, all
the team members were given their ideas and suggestion so that implementation of task and
achievement of objectives will take place timely and successfully. This meting was assisted in
developing the morale of team members high that in turn has positive impact on the
implementation of activities. By the help of such meeting, every team member are clear with
their roles and duties that helped in carried out activities in a systematic manner without any

confusion and issues as everyone has the idea how they work and want they require to be done.
We all contributed our efforts and applied our skills and knowledge so that common goal is
achieve on time. By the assistance of team effort and working, we were able to finish task in a
timely and appropriate manner that will help us in gaining better opportunities in coming future.

do and what was the outcome?)
In market while working like others I have had numerous instances and situations where I
had to be creative and adopt unorthodox approach to solving a problem and mitigate effects of a
challenge for which I had to find a new modified way of doing things. One of the biggest
challenges that I faced was that of tracking and aligning my working pace with my team
members. I was a part of a team of 20 people working in the internship program. It was a
complexed situation for me as was just an inter who had no past experience and have put first
steps towards my career. Therefore, I was sure that is need to prove myself here and for which
best was to use my capabilities in practical scenario and make best use of all the learnings I
gathered from my academic classes. I pushed my boundaries and made myself comfortable by
making relations with other interns in my team and in other team as well. In the beginning I was
nervous and things were difficult for me but I improvised and get pass of my nervousness which
enable me in gaining better experience as was collecting all the knowledge and learning from all
my superiors in the position and work by observing every possible learning form them and their
experiences.

a number of tasks in a short amount of time (what did you do and what was the outcome?)
Working for a company on a responsible position is a huge task involving serious of short
and long term duties. There are many times when I required to multitask in order to be efficient
and for completing the assigned role on different priorities. In my previous internship I worked
over multiple project even one two or three projects in similar time period which required me to
work with my full potentials and to keep everything managed by myself. In such situation I
learnt and evolved as got the taste of market and professional world. I was given tasks with
different priorities which were mostly short term which put me in panic situation but through
guidance of my superior that is my team leader or my mentor during the internship I managed
my work potentially and completed all assigned tasks in their respective priorities. These

multitasking situations allowed me to gain knowledge about myself and my capabilities of
stretching my boundaries. I developed a strategy for temporary basis which is of prioritising my
tasks and then putting efforts in them for completing them in the given time.

The experience is related to time of my academic learning as I was assigned a team
project with my fellow classmates. This was an academic project which was related with
analytical evaluation of financial and statistical data of a renowned organisation. The aim of the
project was to gain in depth knowledge about the financial information and decisions made by
company in order to deal with multiple situations and to know the efficiency of their plans. We
were 8 members in the team and I was chosen to the leader of our group. I was very keen for the
project and to lead my group properly by making appropriate ideas and strategies for working
to complete this project and along with this I involved every members contribution by engaging
them in developing action plans and promoting their ideas and innovative opinions. We have to
present a presentation of our findings in front of teachers as well as other student in class. As a
result of this team work where I persuade my point of view leads to achievement of 1st position
in class amongst other teams.
