2. Tell us about a time you worked in a group to achieve an objective (what did you do

There are a number of instances when I have worked as an efficient team member in a
team. Working in a team is very effective in attaining goals and enhancing personal as
well as team capabilities in whole. When I was working in last organisation, we were
assigned to a group of eight members. In order to meet the requirements and
communicate it well we first conducted a group meeting. In this meeting goals are
communicated and everyone was asked to give their opinions on ways in which we can
achieve those set goals in a given time frame. This meeting helped in motivating
employees as they felt important while giving advices and ideas. This meeting also helped
in clearing roles and responsibilities of everyone in team. When everyone is clear about their
roles to be performed it makes it easy for them to perform tasks efficiently. All the members of

team were supportive and helped each other in times of difficulties. Also everyone made sure that
they avoid any conflicts in team. Everyone in our team contributed equally towards organisational

objectives in given time frame (Moen, 2018).

There are numbers of situations in my life where I have to use innovative approaches which are
different from regular thinking and can change the world where I work. One of tough’s challenge
which I have gone through is taking the team of 20 people together where each employees is
different from one other in nature and qualities as well as skills, it was a typical task as I have to
handle a big team and also reach to goals and objective by matching skills of employees together.
For doing this I have managed all of them together and start and introduction meeting where all
people including me and disused about qualities, prior roles and weakness of each other. This
helps me to know my team mates and identify them according to it. The next step I took is
assignment of their role according to their qualities and skills by considering there weakness also.
After doing this entire thing we started work for achievement of goals. Some issues arise while
working in firm like conflicts between employees, but I solves these issues be persona;
involvement. This is my personal skills which are helping me in solving this complex situation in
limited time period.

complete a number of tasks in a short amount of time (what did you do and what
was the outcome?)
In my carrier there is number of opportunity arise where I have to perform complex and
priority based tasks within limited time phrases or period. In my last organtional I have
performed number of tasks which helps me in getting my skills sharper and perform
difficult that firm task. This also helps me in getting time managed person. I have
conducted number of activates which b are related to time limit and help me making in
firm all the task on time basis. The skill of priority development also developed here,
where firm use to give me number of tasks with specific time limit. This help me to set
my priority for different task classify them according time allotted to me. This will
increase my burden but also help me in managing task that it can use number of
opportunity to perform better and get access to number of relatedness. Persons tasks
which are together crucial as well as significant that are usual as chief most priority and
persons task which is crucial but not so significant are set by way of next priority. Those
errands which are not crucial as well as significant are market as last importance. As
consequence of this I was able to whole all task in smaller time period as well as achieve
desired goals.

At the time of my academic studies, I was greeted by project which is related to group
management. In this project the assignment is to develop the product of firm which is
other than current firm. I am the team leader of 15 person group. In this project my team
has been assigned with task to analyse the products of other company which are selling
their products and also develop new product under own brand name. in that project all
team member combined each other ideas an make a perfect plan to get success in our
project . After formation of plan we all execute that pan under my guidance and reach our
objectives by continues monitoring and using innovative ideas for making our product
more attractive and price worthy. My project got selected for best project award and my
whole team get approvals from teacher, this is my first project where I worked as team
leader and also works as team member. Mt while team won the first price in that
competition and principle also appreciated our work and stored that in auditorium of my
school (Rudolph, Lavigne, and Zacher, 2017).
