2. Tell us about the time when you worked in a group to achieve an objective (what did you
do and what was the outcome)?
At the time when I was in school, than it was the first instance when I worked in a team
or group of students in order to achieve an objective. It was because of out class teacher who
provided all of use an assignment which was needed to be completed in groups and the teacher
also divided the whole class into groups and gave us the deadline to which the work was needed
to be completed and submitted before teacher. So, this was the first moment when I came across
this situation of working in team (Savickas and Porfeli, 2012). Earlier it seemed to be very
difficult for me to complete the assigned work in the given period of time and I also was not
having any experiences regarding working in team. So this was the first experience and I want
that the outcomes of this work should be the best. The complete work was divided in several
parts as one of them was finding the data for the project, another was collecting and choosing the
best material out of them, another one was doing checking the completed work and also rectified
it wherever required and lastly, which I was doing preparation of PowerPoint Presentation with
the help of which the presentation was to be provided in front of the class. So the outcome of the
efforts which were made by all of us prove to be fruitful as the results which were expected were
achieved. This was only possible with the help of proper coordination and cooperation in
between different team members for the effective accomplishment of their tasks and activities.
This was my first ever experiences while working in a group for the proper accomplishment of
the project which was provided by our teacher to me.
3. Tell us about a time when you identified a new approach to solve a problem. (what did
you do and what was the outcome?)
At the point when I was attempted an entry level position at National Skills Society for a
time period of a half year, I was once given an assignment to gather and consolidate the after-

During my school times, I was given a project which was needed to be completed on
global organization of UK and its working examples. Additionally, I was given the task to do a
few upgrades in the project that I was given in last semester. It was difficult for me to do the
priority of tasks as I had my semester tests in one week from now so I needed to read for that
moreover. However all these 3 tasks were difficult and should have been done on an earlier
premise. In this way, I chose to find out time required for all the three tasks and afterwards
choose their superiority while getting things done (Parker and Crona, 2012). After making
calculation for the different tasks, I concluded that I will initially finish the old tasks in which I
simply needed to make certain changes in order to meet prerequisites of school resources. Next
on request list chose by me was the new task allocated to me as of late and in end, I chose to read
for my tests. Thus, by organizing every one of the undertakings, I effectively figured out how to
finish each assignment inside set time allotment.

outcome. According to this, it has been said that previous batch within the college applied this

contrasting view on this, as I think presenting data and information in the form of visual art
might be attractive and new. It includes information presented through charts, bars, tools and
techniques. Along with this, I have planned to make 1 minute demo that how these task will be
executed. By presenting my views and thoughts through PPT, I will be able to convince large
number of individuals and I was successful in persuading this.
Interview Practise
When I was in college, my whole batch has asked to attend a seminar where large
number of professionals come from different backgrounds in order to share there thoughts and
experiences they face at the time of interview. The representative from different famous
