There are many times when i have worked and performed in a team. I believe in team

my previous organisation we have assigned a group task and my group consist of 8
members. In order to achieve objective of group task in effective and efficient manner we

have decided to first conduct a meeting. In this meeting each and every team member was
contributing their thoughts and ideas in order to perform activities in effective manner as
well as successfully achieving desired goals. This meeting has helped in boosting the
moral of employees as well as motivate employees. Through this meeting each and every
employees have clear idea about their roles and responsibilities. Team members were able
to perform their task in more accurate manner when they have clear idea about task is to
be done as well as how it has to be done. We all have worked in collective manner and
contributed all our efforts and used their full potential to achieve common team
objectives. As a result of team effort we were able to complete group task in effective
manner as well as achieve desired goals and objective within set time period.
3. Tell us about a time when you identified a new approach to solve a problem. (what
did you do and what was the outcome?)
I have had numerous instances and situations where I had to go unorthodox to solving a problem
or finding a way of doing things. One of the biggest challenges that I faced initially was that of
tracking the team at ground level. I had a team of 20 people working for me in my first job. It was
complex for me to handle such a big team. The person who gave me the handover for the same
position faced a lot of problem in setting up a tracking mechanism for the team. Also, the
organisation was unable to set up something. Soon after taking over the KRAs fully, and
understanding the complications I decided to set-up a Bootcamp account for all. Each member
was first given a brief training of Bootcamp. Their tasks would be updated directly on the
bootcamp and updates would be taken there.
At first it was difficult to set things up, team was a bit resilient in using the new software. But
gradually the everyone got used to the new approach that I established to track everyone on their
work. Some team members resisted the change due to technology usage in tracking, but results
showed improvement and the graph went up from there.
4. Tell us about a time when you had to manage a number of different priorities and
complete a number of tasks in a short amount of time (what did you do and what
was the outcome?)
There are many times when I have performed different priorities as well as activities with
in short time frame. In my last company I have to deal with many task as well as manage
them properly and timely. I have to do multitasking so that all task could be completed in
right time. in order to deal with these cases when I have to conduct different
organisational activities with different priorities in have learned to manage them in
effective manner. In staring I used to get panic that how I will be able to manage these
activities is short amount of time. and after this I have developed an effective strategy in
which i right all task. In this I categories task into two parts such as important and urgent
task. I analyse as well as evaluate each and every task in order to identify which task is
important or urgent. Those tasks which is both urgent as well as important that are set as
first most priority and those task which is urgent but not so important are set as next
priority. Those task which is not urgent as well as important are market as last priority.
As a outcome of this I was able to complete all task in lesser time period as well as
achieve desired goals.

During my academic studies, I was assigned in a group project. This project was related
to development of new product of the leading organisation. in this group project there
were total 10 members and I as assigned as a team leaders. In this we have to analayse as
well as evaluate products of a leading company as well as develop our own new and
innovative product. I was very keep for my ideas and strategies to complete this project
and along with this I listen to the ideas of each and every team members. I motive them to
contribute their maximum efforts in this project so that this project can be successfully
completed. We have to present a presentation in front of teachers as well as other student.
As a result of this team work where I persuade my point of view leads to achievement of
1st prices. I have communicated my ideas and report in effective and efficient manners.
