INTRODUCTION
Managing people is the skill which is very essential for an organization in order to
manage their people or retain them for longer. Management should have this skill which
maximise the individual performance or productivity (Baruch, Altman and Tung, 2016). This
project based on Marcus Evans LTD which organization live sports, business, entertainment etc.
In this report, company have vacancy for the post of Account Executive for Sports Division.
Here company have to conduct interview process for the candidates and what are the experiences
they feel also discussed.

COVER LETTER
My name is Roxana and I am writing to apply in your organization for the post of
Account Executive for the sports decision. I believe that I am the suitable candidate for this job
vacancy because of my education which make me qualify for this post. I have enough experience
in the accounting filed along with fundamental knowledge improve my efficiency as well as
effectiveness. I feel that Marcus Evans Ltd provide me that opportunity which helps in growing
my career and in return, I am contributing my work in order to maximise their productivity or
profitability. Currently, I am a student of Roehampnton University, London where I am enrolling
in business and management course.
I have strong understanding of accounting principle which make me able to handle
business financial accurately. Along with this, I have high level communication skill in three
different languages such as English, Italian or Romanian. Along with this, I have various
organizational skills such as problem solving, team work, analytical, time management,
accounting etc. I am ensuring you, if I am selected for the post of Account Executive then you
will find my strength in the field accountancy (Bennett and Bridgstock, 2015). I am very
passionate about my work which make be able to complete each task in well manner.
I am suitable candidate for this role because I am capable in handling day to day activities
such as engaging with C-suite. I have ability to build long term relation with others so I can
interact with clients. I have good presentation skill which make me able to present sales data in
front of clients to impress or in future they generate value for the company. Along with this, I
have all the qualities which you required in the person for the role of Account Executive such as

positive thinker, who have strong work ethics, motivating, good communication skill and I fulfil
the criteria to become eligible for this role.

As event organization company, they have to hire those people who have management
skill. It help the business to make their every event successful so you required passionate,
experienced or authenticities person who can do all these skills (Chew-Graham and et.al., 2014).
As you mentioned in their job description that you required Account Executive which have
ability to engage or maintain good relation with other enterprises. Need a person who can
manage their clients or build strong relationship suppliers. I have all these qualities which make
me suitable for this role. In addition, Marcus Evans such as bug brand name that everyone wants
to linked with it. Company already organize various events such as Rugby World Cup in 2007.
In 2012 Olympic Games (London) Marcus Evans is the ticking agency. Because this
organization is very popular that everyone wanted to work with it. I ensure you that, if I get the

What did you do in a group to achieve organizational objectives ?
Working in a event management company, team work is most important and members
should have this skill. Every organization need to make effective group which required skilled
members which reduces the burden of team manager. I have prior work experience and I know
that how difficult to manage people in the group or make them able to work for common goals or
achieve organizational objectives (Hoffman, Casnocha and Yeh, 2014). Company provide
necessary training program to the entry level member to the senior management. Team manger
have to motivate their team members to perform well and motivation can be monetary or non
