1 why do you want the position in our company?
IPSOS MORI is consider as one of the most best company in the market research field
and the company is specialised in mass media, brand loyalty, marketing as well as
advertisement. From the business perspective, this is experienced which I can handle effectively
and manage to provide effective service to the customers. A good indication of the successful
business I when the customers is satisfied and have good experience. However the IPSOS MORI
have already achieve the success by providing the high quality services to the consumer. I have

2 Tell about the time you worked in the group and to achieve the objective?
In my first year market research in Kantar as this is one of the leading company in the
world which provide information regarding the data insight and have branches in various
countries. In the previous company I have to present the business plan which involves different
elements such as brain storming and discussion on how to provide better and effective
information to the customers. Sometimes I have to lead the staff as this require and good
leadership skills to inspire the employees to complete the task effectively. In the team work it is
important to be more assertive and have good communication skills which is essential for brining
out the maximum output. During those days I realise that with the help of these approach this is
useful for having the effective approach which is essential for creating new plans for the
expansion and growth. As we collected the ideas, I realise that there is lack of motivation and

direction in the work. As I was appointed as the head of marketing research and my role was to
improve the work efficiency which help in offering effective services to the customer. Once I

3 Tell us about a time when you identified a new approach to solve a problem?
As in the previous company I was the head of marketing research team I was responsible
for the many of the scenario. The saw that the team was mismanaged and had no direction. After
analysing the scenario I develop the effective approach will help me in creating trust and sense of
understanding in the team. There was another scenario where I was the captain of the football
team where I saw that there was unfair and no coordination for the opposite team in the defence
formation. And they strength and new ways of doing goal. In order to handle the situation I need
to figure out the new approach to win the match. With the help of this strengths the individual
can handle the situation effectively and can help in managing compete in the organisation. So we
use attacking approach in achieving the goal. Thanks to this approach, we were able to avoid
potential conceded goals by playing in the new defensive formation. This help in winning the
game with the help of new approach.
4 Describe about the situation and where you have completed the task in the shorter amount of
time?
As the research analyst this is important to have manage as well as control the manage
the team effectively. I have to focus more on the productivity as there is low change in the
horizon. Traditionally the problem solving skills will aid in achieving the target effectively and
also improve the performance of the company. As the growth is limited and so I have to figure
out the efficacious employees which help in selection the criteria as this help in improving the
working performance of the company. As the lower people are in efficient and lower down the
production process of the company. In the previous organisation I had rotational shifts and
overtime so in this case I started gathering the list and make sure that the prioritize work is
completed on time. Once the task is listed in the one place the other crucial step was to complete
the task effectively on the urgency. This improve the efficiency of my work and aid me in
completing the task effectively in the shorter time period of span. Along with this, there must be
effectively communication process which increase the efficiency as well the performance of the
employees in a well define manner.

5 Explain about the different work you have done which require to work upon on the effectively?
` As the head of research in the previous company I represent the company and the
objective of the firm was to become one of the largest research organisation in the coming years.
My role was to provide quality services to the clients which assist in providing sustainability
growth for the company. The balance sheet of the firm in first year shows the down fall and due
to inflation which bring the unemployment in the country. So in this case I worked upon major
policies such as monetary, fiscal and supply side. We have decided to improve the quality in
offering the services to the consumer and allow them to customise there services so that more
profit can be generated. I suggested to focus on the inflation rate and also increase the monetary
policy which is essential for the company to capture larger market share.

recruitment process is done on set criteria. Here are some assessment centre practise which is
