an organization by communicating the things to the seniors or juniors. When I joined job for
the first time I was not able to communicate effectively with my seniors. I have learnt that if
the effective communication does not take place, then it will lead to the failure of the goals
or objectives. The business managers must have a good communication skill that is both
written and verbal so that it facilitate sharing of information between juniors and seniors. I
have also learnt that the business communication can be made effective only by asking
frequent questions, getting feedback, having a good listening skill, confirm the things after
delivering the information, etc. So from the above it can be concluded that Effective
communication makes me business ready.
Time Management: Time Management involves management of time like organizing and
planning the time. It’s really necessary to prioritize the task and work to achieve goals faster.
When I started my job, I faced lack of time management issue in myself, which resulted in
failure of task and work given. It’s more important to manage the time then only new
opportunities will come in a way and business will grow in a sustainable manner. In my job
I took so much time in completing the task, which was not good for business. Later on I
followed Gibbs model for time management and it helped me to reflect in a structured and
effective way. After getting time management skills I was more confident and motivated to
complete the given task in a systematic way. So from the above, it can be concluded that
time management is the crucial part of business and it makes me business ready and will
help in achieving the goals and objectives of business.
