handling different task and activities. In that organisation I was welcoming customers as well as
offering refreshments. I was explaining odds and different ways of betting as well as uses of
computerized system in order to take bets and pay out winnings. I was responsible for giving
information about different products of gaming machines. I was part of this organisation for 2

years and in may 2017 I stated new job at Mandeville Hotel. In that organisation I was at house
keeping profile. My major responsibilities in this organisation was to sweep, scrub, mopping
and polishing the floors. I have to clean metal fixtures and fittings as well as empty or clean
trash containers. In this organisation I was responsible to cleaning the wash basins, tubs,
showers and mirrors. I have started new job at June 2017 at Blue arrow company. In this
company was responsible for conducting same responsibilities and I was capable to complete
the task and activities in correct manner. In order to complete the task in effective and efficient
manner I have range of skills and capabilities. I have strong interpersonal skills which help in
me communicating with other in effective manner. I have positive outlook as well as strong

you do at that time and what was the outcome?
I have worked many times in a team works as well as achieved the desired objective. In
my previous organisation, I was a part of a task which was divided into 10 employees. I
considered that a team will be able to accomplished desired goals only when each and every
members was performing with their full capabilities. In order to achieve the objective of team
task we have conducted a team meeting. The motive of this meeting was to communicate with
each and every team members as well as assign responsibilities of all 10 member. This groups
meeting was a very good start as this help in develop better relationship with each other as well
as understanding about other capabilities. Though this team meeting task and responsibilities was
assigned to all team members so that they can work in effective and efficient manner. This has
helped in completion of task within set time frame as well as objective of team task was
successfully achieved. Each and every team member as worked with the full potential as well as

supported other member for completed their task. The major outcome of this team task was that
desired resulted were achieved as well as we all able to develop a strong relationship with each
other.
Have you ever identified a new approach to resolve a problem? What did you do at that
time and what was it outcome?
There are number of time when I have used a new and creative approach in order to
resolve a problem. When I was working in my last organisation I had to handed a team of new
joined people. This was very challenging to me as I have to inform them out the organisational
rule and policies. I have to make them understand their work as well as make them work in
effective manner. The problem that occur in this situation that these 20 new joined employees
are from different backgrounds and culture. At first when I was explaining them about their work
and job role lots of issues and problems was arising. This lead to increase in conflicts between
them and they are not able to concentrate on their work. This was affect their performance as
well as work of organisation. in order to manage this situation in better manner I have divided 20
new joined employees into two parts and stated teaching them separately. This lead to reduce in
conflicts as well as help in enhancing their work quality. With the separation of new joined
employees into two part, it lead to increase positive competition between both the team. They all
wants to learn more things as well as perform task in better and effective manner. The outcome
of this was that after some time both of the team resolve their issues as work in collective
manner.
We want to know about the time when you have handled numerous task and different
priorities at same time and completed in the short frame of time? What you have done at
that time and what was its results.
In my last organisation there were many time when I have to handle lots of task and
activities at same time. It was very challenging for me to manage each and every task as well as
completed it in required time frame. It is very important for me to manage all task in effective
manner. In starting it was very difficult for me to handle and manage different task. And later on
I have learned to manage it will as well as completed all task in desired time period. In order to
handle such situation. I have learned a trick which was very helpful for me to perform better and
complete required task. In this I started dividing my task into two different category which

includes urgent task and important task. This strategy helped me in analysing task which is
urgent and important or which is urgent but not important as well as all those task that are
important but not urgent. So by this I started completed first all those task that is both urgent as
well as important. Once this type of task is completed I focus in those task which is urgent and
important and then later one complete important but not urgent tasks. This was very effective
strategy as outcome of this was that I completed my all task in very short period of time frame.

What how have done and what was its outcome?
When I was studying in university, we were assigned in a group project in which we all
have to develop a new product for any leading existing company. I was a part of a group of 10
students. We all have to give a presentation about about product and what was the marketing
strategies used for promotion of this product. During this project I was leader of the group as I
have various ideas about the project. In order to make this project more interesting for other as
well as from learning point of view. I ask each and every student to contribute their thoughts and
ideas towards this project. I motivated each and every team member as well as developed a
strong relationship with them. After consider all idea I have developed a idea which is as per
need and required of project. Each and every team member was very impressed by my idea as
well as helped me in implementing it in effective manner. At the end of this one member of each
team have to present a presentations in front of teachers as well as other groups of batch. I have
given a presentation of our topic and in this I was able to communicate my thoughts and ideas
very clearly to audience. The outcome of this was we have achieve first prize for our report and

When I was in seminar I have learned many things. This has been very helpful for me to perform
when in any interview. In this I have learned to communicate in effective and efficient manner.
In an interview, communication is one of the basic element which is noticed by an interviewer.
So it is very essential for me to develop as well as enhance communication skill in order to
convey my thoughts and ideas in effective and efficient manner. During the seminar I have given
a presentation and my senior person has encrough me to perform well. I have attendant various

seminars in my university for practicing interview. This has been very helpful as well as
supportive for me as I have learned many things. I learning experience is mentioned below.
 I have understand how to communicate in effective manner so that the listener is able to
understand what I actually wants to convey.
 These seminars has helped in informing about the different things that should be
considered while interview. This includes dressing for interview as well as gestures and
postures.
Reflection notes from your in-seminar assessment centre exercise practice
In my university I have attendant different seminars which are for exercising practice for
assessment centre. These type of seminars are very helpful for me as though this I was able to
learn more thing about how can I clear the assessment test. This help me in gaining complete
insight about how should I respond to all those question which are asked by interviewer. The
behaviour that is should maintain as well as they was I should perform in order to get selected.
The key seminar reflection points are mentioned below.
It is very important to stay motivated as well as carry confidence at the time of
assessment centre. This will help in performing in better way.
I should always keep a polite as well as formal language while answering the questions
asked by interviewer. This will lead to have a positive as well as impactful conversation.
It is essential to communicate in effective manner while responding to the questions
asked during interview process. Effective communication will lead to gain positive response for
interviewer side.
