strategic goal (Miao, Komil ugli Fayzullaev and Dedahanov, 2020). There are different type of
characters that innovative company shares that include listening to consumers, empowerment,
team collaboration, leading by example, trust and more. In addition to this adaptability and risk
taking is also one of the most important characteristics of innovative company that encourage
them to always try unique and new things in order to bring something innovative in marketplace.
Mentioned below there are five essential characteristics of a creative organisation

Environment of trust:
In this organisation is having trust on their employees that create an environment of trust,
in this employers allow employees to undertake risk in order to innovate unique ideas and share
the outrageous views in order to thrive creativity and innovation.
Open Communication:
It is one of the most important characteristics in which two way communication exist that
allow free exchange of use ideas as all other essential aspect with the help of regular and proper
communication tools.
Full acceptance of change:
Innovative companies allow their employees to be fully acceptable towards changes in
order to facilitate maximum creativity as to adopt new changes.
Adequate recognition:
This characteristic play essential role within which, innovative companies adequately
provide recognition to their innovative and creative individuals for their contribution

order to further facilitate them towards more challenges as to drive maximum creativity and
innovation within organisational workplace structure.
