INTRODUCTION
Managing people refers to engaging people and developing their skill and knowledge by
process of giving training, motivating and directing employees (Rupčić, 2017). The individual
system means portion of system starts at the receipt place and end at the point of delivery. This
report evaluates the value and the importance of induction, different steps which are being taken
in the process of induction. Further, in these examples of modern workplace are explained and
induction value and importance in the workplace is being discussed.
Employees induction
This is basically an activity to welcome the new recruited employee and also guide them
take their role in standard manner. In this process the employee are introduced with the roles and
regulation of the organization where they are going to work in the future. As every employee feel
little stress while they enter into a new organization (Hughes and et. al., 2019). So they are need
a help of their seniors to settle in the new environment and their process as well. Basically in
simple meaning induction is refers to on boarding a candidate and make them feel good and
more familiar in the new culture of the company.
For an effective induction there are certain key points which are must in that induction as
the induction must include the terms and condition of the organization. There should be an
instruction related to the work and the process of the company with respective objectives. The
structural representation is also necessary whether the organization is following flat or hierarchy
system. An guidance of the office structure and the login detail and the other detail related to the
payroll within the organization (Peirce, Cohen and Dewey, 2017). Moreover, an effective
induction also have information about the shift timing and other working schedule. This all is the
main component which are having by an organization induction.

The main purpose of induction to integrate new employees the company and explain
them further system. Its is become more important in the current world because employees uses
to stay in that organization where they find better culture and with the help of induction the
culture organization is being explained.
