INTRODUCTION
Human Resource is a group of people having responsibility of finding, screening, recruiting
and providing training to the employees of an organisation. Along with this, human resource
management is also responsible for compensation and benefits. Task of Human Resource is to
maximize the productivity of employees and protecting the organisation from various factors by
making effective strategies. This report is based on Marks & Spencer which is a multinational
retail bran of clothing, food and home products having headquarter in London, England, United
Kingdom. Purpose of making this report is to highlight the theories of motivation and their
implementation on M&S.
