INTRODUCTION
The term managing people and systems defined that strength should be more effective
and encourage them to work towards to accomplish their common goals and objectives (Aluja-
Banet, Sancho and Vukic, 2019). For this assessment, write an essay to motivation theories and
how should apply them in workplace.
MAIN BODY
Motivation theory and apply them in workplace
The term motivation define people are should be motivated and guide towards their
complete their organizational goals and objectives. It is helpful to satisfaction of needs and wants
which are crucial for well being and expansion. Motivation involves social and emotional
behavior which determines their driving forces of human behavior and human actions.
Motivation theories:
Motivation theory is a study that understanding where a person towards achieve their
organizational goals and objectives for a particular task. It is providing that relevant information
is important for firm and organization. Theories of motivation which are named as Maslow
hierarchy of needs, Hertzberg two factor theory and McClelland’s theory of needs which are
described below:
Maslow hierarchy of needs:
Physiological needs: These are the needs where person can complete their basic requirements
such as food, air and clothing. If all are needs are not satisfied their human then they cannot
survive with this lives (Bae, 2018).
Safety and security needs: These needs are related to person’s security and safety which
is to be fulfilled by their family friends and societies. This need is needs and wants of economic
safety and protect from danger condition which will be necessary for time and money.
