Enterprise can be defined the as the major social unit that the peoplehave invent for getting things. People learn a lots of thing through organisation like educational,how to deal with other employees, how to maintain relationships with others, how to take rightdecision, how to develop themselves (Slemo D. Warigon, 2017). So organisation help to givingthe knowledge of the employees and improving their skill. People who work spend more of theirtime at work place at any other activities are not allow like they can't eat, they can't drink foreight hours a days. They are only concert on their work like learning some thing new every day, make abetter decision regarding the performance of the business,help to other employees, create ahealthy environment in the organisation, take a risk for a high return so these are rules followevery organisation people they only focus on their business as well as achieving the goal of thecorporations. It is very important for all business as well as people. The goal of every managershould help to create motivation in every people who work in organisation. Employeessatisfaction is necessary part of the business if employees are happy with work and full fill theirexpectations so they are ultimately motivated and doing work properly (Hao and Kamata , 2012).Always remember with the help of employee every organisation achieve the goal of the businessor successful and fail also. If organisation not recruit right people so they create problem in theirbusiness.
