INTRODUCTION
Aviation industry is of a complex nature where is primary infrastructure consists of
aircraft operations airports and supporting agencies. number of aircrafts are used in various
operations around the world and part of the aviation industry. This Airways is one of the biggest
aviation company of the UK. The company is a flag Carrier airlines of the UK which was
established in 1974 and headquartered in England, UK. The report consist of the changes took
place and the decisions made by the leaders of British Airways along with appropriate reasons
for developing respective decisions. Furthermore the integration of decisions on the employees
of the company are identified along with the actions taken by the leaders in order to minimize the
negative effects and increase the positive impacts.
Identifying and explaining the decisions made by British Airways
In the recent years the business of British Airways has faced a lot of declines and
deterioration. The ranking of the company have lower down, the customers of British Airways
are not at all happy and satisfied with the services provided by the airline organization and a IT
security bridge took place in last years when hackers stole around million customers personal
data which caused a very large amount of fine for the organization (Raju, and et. al., 2019).
Therefore it concludes that in past years British Airways and its business is impacted in a
negative manner for which portal that the leaders take you decisions and changes in their
operations for joining back their ranking of the best airline company in the UK and in the whole
world. Few changes decision took place British Airways are as follows:

aluminum alloys which is beneficial for the environment and cost saving for the
organization as well (Xie, Hu and Sun, 2019).
