organization. Stated likewise, change is the only constant and if the organization has to survive
in the brutal business environment, then it is necessary that the organization needs to innovate

aims to highlight the innovation and change management aspect of one such organization named

provided, followed by the drivers of innovation and change and a critical analysis of how the
company will be dealing with the change and a short comparison of other aspects in an
