INTRODUCTION Skill plays a important role in the growth and development of the individual life. There are different types of skills are present in the market which should be present in the personality of the individual because it helps them to becomes successful in their personal as well as in their professional career. The academic life of the student are not simple as they have to face many difficulties in theircareer so it is very important for them to develop these skills in their personality to deal with these situations(Akgunduz, Adan Gök, and Alkan, 2020). The skills are communication skills, interpersonal skills, referencing skills and many more. This report is based on the personal reflection related to the completion of module journey. It provided description related to the personal development plan and record. It also provides brief discussion related to personal reflection related to the learning of skills. It also provided brief discussion related to the referencing skills. TASK Personal development plan Personal development plan refers to those tool of the learning which is used by the individual to develop different types of skills in their personality. It is a tabular presentation under which the skills which the student want to develop in their personality are written. This development plan also provided description related to reason for skill development, resource neededand what measures has to take by the individual to develop these skills. One of the most attractive feature of this plan is that it contains separate section of the time frame required for the development of these skills which makes the plan more competitive and attractive(Cornelis, Baker and Ahsan, 2021). It is required to produce a well specialised personal development plan on the basis of the module. It is very important for me to develop the personal development plan in my personality so that it becomes easy for me to develop effective skills in my personality. The brief discussion related to the personal development plan are given below:

4. The part of referencing are very important for the report as it provide valid authentication to the content which I used in this report. There are different types of things are present which I have developed in this module and referencing is one of the most important skills.
