INTRODUCTION
It is very important for every business organisation to manage and identify the human
behaviour within the workplace. It has been identified that the human behaviour depends on the
several factors which can be internal or external. The organisational behaviour is the study of the
behaviour of the people within the organisation. The human are considered as the most effective
and efficient capital for the growth and success of the organisation. It is very important for an
enterprise to motivate its employees so that they can perform well. It is essential that the
organisation is able to identify the human behaviour by the different strategies and theories. It
has been analysed that there is the both positiver and negative impact of the environment on the
behaviour of the employees within the workplace(Endrejat, and Kauffeld, 2018). This is the
report which is based on the two topic such as managing performance and training and
development. The human behaviours impacts the success and growth of the company which need
to be studies by the organisation. Further it will include the recommendation.

Discussion on the topic Managing performance
The managing performance is defied as the systematic approach which is considered by
the business organization in order to improve the individual or the team performance in order to
achieve the organisational goals and objectives in an effective and efficient manner. The
measuring performance plays vital role in controlling the human behaviour within the workplace.
This helps in motivating employees of the organisation in an effective way. It is important for the
human resource management and the leaders to measure the performance of employees so that
they can be evaluated and improve over their weakness. It is very important for the employers to
manage their employees and performance in order to achieve the goals of the business
organisation. There are different purpose of the performance management which is discussed
below:
Performance improvement- The performance management helps the organisation in
order to improve the effectiveness of the individual and team work. This enhances the
ability of the individual to work in an effective way. Also, this leads to the improvement
within the organisational performance in order to achieve goals and objectives.

managing behaviour- The main purpose of the performance management is that in order
to make ensure about the the individual are encourage to behave in such a way that
allows and foster the better working relationships. This enhances the working
environment and the workplace which is attractive for the employees in order to increase

Development- The development plays a major role in the performance management
within the organisation where it is very important for the human resource management to
focus on the development which enhances the individual performance and this impacts
the overall performance of the organisation in achieving the goals and objectives
effectively and efficiently.
There are various techniques which can be used by the organisation in order to manage
the performance as this enhances the growth and success of the business enterprise. The various
techniques are discussed below:
360 degree feedback- This is considered as the most effective performance appraisal
method within the organisation where the managers focus on giving the regular feedback
to its employees. Also this includes the feedback from the customers, employees and
managers which helps in improving over the service and the performance of the
organisation in an effective and efficient manner. The overall performance of the
organisation can be improve though this method and this can impact in the human
behaviour as well(Byström, Heinström, and Ruthven, 2019).
Customer or client reviews- This is also considered as the most important performance
appraisal approach where the organisation can focus on taking the customer service
reviews which can help in evaluating the performance of the individual within the
organisation. This can enhance the performance of an individual in an effective way. It is
very important for the management focus on the technique in order to improve the
performance of the business enterprise.
Peer reviews- This is the performance appraisal technique which can be considered by
the organisation within the workplace. This is the technique where the people within the
same work place and identify and evaluate the performance of the other team members.

because its increase the competitive stander and quality of services. This also helps the
organisation and the employees to update their skills in terms of the use of the technology. It is
essential for the companies to provide training at every level for the employees so that they can
enhance their performance. This is the topic which is most important in order to understand the

There are various training and development programmes which can be considered by the
organisation which are discussed below:
soft skills training- it is very important for the business organisation to provide with the
soft skills training to its employees so that they are able to handle the customers in an
effective and efficient manner. This includes the various aspect where the organisation
need to focus on the training of being bring friendly and calm in order to handle
customers.
Technology training- This plays a major role where an organisation need to focus on
developing the technical skills for employees so that they can work efficiently and this
will increase the overall performance of the company and as well as for an individual.
Professional training- This is the most important aspect which need to be considered by
the organisation in order to develop the professional skills of an individual. As in the
dynamic environment it is very important for the employees t change with the changing
environment for employees to work in an effective and efficient manner.
Quality training- this is most important for the business organisation where there is
product and manufacturing processes conducted. The quality training includes the
training on the process of the products manufacturing and in order to improve the quality
of services for the employees.
