Introduction
The activities which are involved within improvising awareness, identity, development of talents as well as potential, building up human
capital, facilitating employability, enhancement of quality of life is referred to as personal development. The process by which people control their
learning as well as development by engaging themselves within on-going processes associated with action and control is referred to as professional
development (Billett, Harteis and Gruber, 2014). Firms opt for developing their employees as per evolving market so that they can withstand
competition which prevails within. For this adequate training is provided by them which will lead them to have amplified performance.
This report is based on Eclipse HomeCare which renders their services to assist elderly, infirm as well as individuals who have disabilities
and gave to stay at home. They deliver their services across United Kingdom with a mission to improvise as well as maintain quality of life to
whom they are rendering their services. Here, being a team member certain aspects have to be prioritized to learning and employment supervisor.
This report comprises of development which are required within supervisor along with support required for it. Along with this, it involves
implementation and evaluation of planned activities that can be applied within working premises. This comprises of review of the intervals along
with their effectiveness and enhancement of performance. In addition to this, influence of development on employees will also be illustrated.

The above task illustrates certain developments which have to be made within Eclipse
HomeCare as this will aid them to improvise ways in which they deliver their services to their
patients or those who require their services. An instance can be taken to understand this aspect
like communication skills plays a critical role ways in which services are being delivered like if
some employee do not have knowledge of how a diabetic patient can be handled means what
they can be served or what medicines may create allergies in them (Conger and Riggio, 2012).
By interacting with team leader or some other team member they can have adequate knowledge
that will lead them to provide individuals with adequate services.
