Present report is based on case study of“The Euro Centre”that is to be built up in Docklands, London. There Hughes Communication Ltd. (HCL) is working towards installation, testing and performing the commission functions of IT and infrastructure for“The New Euro centre”. There are two task that is related to installing of IT facilitates of project and conference centre. TASK 1 Provide explanation of key characteristics of project Project management is a very crucial aspects that is related to evaluation, initiation and examination of project task and activities. Some of such attributes of project management are mentioned below: It is a aspect that is adopted for engagement of project. It will help in controlling of project activities & tasks for framing all activities. There are set of needs & demands that has to be delivered in specific time period that will help in smooth completion of project. It is based on a rationale that is used for managing the whole project life cycle that can be presented in a more structured manner. Project activities have to be completed in the set time frame and according to available budget. The rationale of the whole project management is based on managing the purchase life cycle that has to be presented in a better structured manner. Stakeholder analysis:
