The phases which is being undertaken are induction, planning, implementationand controlling. TASK 11. Definition of type of projectThere are several projects types which a business carry out for accomplishing theirbusiness objectives. TSK Bearings Limited aims to deploy this product lines and operations which comesinfer the manufacturing projects category. TSK Bearning seek for entering new Asian marketwith their latest product offering (Culmsee and Awati, 2012). 2. Initially, analysis and determination of propertraining and development program is required.
