The present report is based on benefits and limitation of different approaches to project planning and control by relating these to circumstances in the case outlined. Furthermore, key characteristics of any project, discussion on significance of integration of management in project management setting, Also define the approaches that aids to generate the budget for the specific project budget. Herein, the depth analysis will be undertaken on all aspects of project life cycle stages, management, processes and control project in managing the Sun-Project 20X20. TASK 1 1. Define the key characteristics of any project. The key characteristics of project are outlined in the following context such as are-: This has the single definable purpose and end item or result. Each project has the unique feature that needs to be delivered within the boundaries of this project. The project is of temporary in nature and this also has defined start and define end-point. Discussion on the significance of integration management in project management setting. Project integration management termed out as way of making varied processes work together. Bottom up approach- It is defined as approach that is good and effective for team morale as this leads the project manager to get involve the team in the creation of budget. It is approach that also termed out as participate budgeting. This is the process that start in the individual department in which the managers works as to creates the budget than send this to upwards for approval.This is termed out as information that processing based over the incoming data from the environment to for the perception. 4.
