In order to develop project,manager face different risks and in order to overcome this they use quality methods which is alsoinclude in this assignment. In second part, report is based on Wroxham, it is a boat buildersdesigns and builds motor launches for the leisure sector. This task includes competencies andskills of project manager, project management process and many other useful aspects.
