Characteristics of any project and stakeholder meaning
There are 6 different characteristic of managing the project in the organization. Different
characteristic are purpose, aim, objective, scope, time and deliverables.
Stakeholders of the project are all the parties who generally used to possess any sort of
the interest in the outcome of the project (Bao, Shi and Kalra, 2017). Different stakeholders of
the project are the project manager, sponsor, project owner employee etc. To manage the interest
level of different stakeholder and to understand the role and responsibility of different
stakeholder analysis is generally performed in the organization. Stakeholder analysis generally
gives the information about the way interest of different stakeholder can be maintain as it is
important task in the process of project success.
Purpose of Project Initiation Document
PID generally works as guiding document to the project manager throughout the process
of carrying out the project in the organization (Edwards, Serra and Edwards, 2019). Main
purpose behind making of PID is to records the variety of the different information which is
requires to define and plan the project in the organization. Another purpose of PID is to define
the project mandate and define the Aim and objective of the project. There are varieties of
different element of PID are project justification, this explains the rationale of conducting the
project. Communication plan which defines the way communication will take place. Project
plan, defines primary activity which will be carried out in the project.
State the purpose of feasibility
Feasibility studies generally define as a group of the activity which used to explain the
convenient level of completing the project in the organization (Low, Ismail and Tan, 2018).
There are varieties of the different sort of benefit which will be seen by the project due to
conduction of feasibility study in the project. Some of the benefits of feasibility study are as
follows:
Feasibility study in the project used to help the company in addressing where and how
project will operate. On the basis of the same different decisions are being made to
overcome the same in the better way in the organization.

will be seen by the organization in the long run of the business. These will eventually

To complete the project for the HCL, project has to go from four different stages of project life
cycle to be successful for the company (Medina, 2018). Different stages of project life cycle are
as follows:

Introduction/ Background
In the current scenario technology has changed very drastically and it has
changed the way different organization generally used to look at completing different
operation of the company. For the same reason New Euro Centre will be created in the
Docklands area of London. This will eventually help the center in having the specific
aspect for the It facility for marketing. Booking, TV and telephonic provision for
conference and meeting center in organization.
2.0 Project Aim
“To construct new euro center by integrating different IT infrastructure into the same”

To incorporate variety of different IT infrastructure for marketing, booking and
TV & telephone provision for conference hall.
4.0 Stakeholder
Project Manager: Project manager are the one who used to has the sole
responsibility of carrying out variety of different activity at the workplace. They

different event taken place in project (Ray, 2019).
Project sponsor: Project sponsor are the individual or the institution which
provide the different sort of the finance to the project team member. On the
basis of the same different activity are being carried out in the project. They

manager as well.
Supplier: They are another sort of the stakeholder in the project, they generally
used to provide different raw material or semi finished product. On the basis of
the same different decision are taken to finish the project for the owner in better
way.
Project team: They are the one whom will be following the different
instruction in the project and on the basis of the same different activity will be

carried out in the manner that it used to help in achieving the objective of the
project in better way.
5.0 Target Audience
Looking at the target audience for the project it has been identified that teen
consumer I the market will be attracted toward the project as most of the teen
consumer in the market are generally attracted toward the IT infrastructure in
the market in the long run.
Another Audience which will be targeted will be the employee of new office as
they are the one whom will be using the different IT infrastructure in the
market. So company will look to provide convenient IT infrastructure in
market.
5.0 Scope
This project will open up the variety of the scope in term of enhancing the number of
the consumer who generally used to visit the conference centre. This will also open the
good sort of scope for the company in presenting the variety of the service of the
company in the better way in front of the consumer (Samset and Christensen, 2017). It
will also help the Euro center in getting better resources to understand the external and
internal environment of the company in the better way.
6.0 Project Delivery
This project will be offering a new Euro center at Docklands area of the London. Hall
which will be constructed will be included with the provisions of different IT facility
for marketing, booking and different technical provision in conference and activity
hall.
Alternative
Project manager has to make sure that they used to make the variety of the
alternate plan in the project. First element which has to be considering by the
organization is in regards of the source through which variety of the different
sort of raw material to construct the project in the market.
Another sort of alternate plan which has to be made by the project manager in
the market is in regards of the Human resource management in the market. As it

can impact the outcome of the project. For the current prject there were variety of the different

decision will be taken in a way that organization was able to manage risk which is presented in
front of the company in the long run (Wen and Qiang, 2019).

Another step which will be taken to control the project will be with the help of the
benchmarking tool in the market. Under this framework variety of the different sort benchmark
will be set in the organization and on the basis of same original performance will be analysed
and on the basis of same different decision will be taken in the organization. This will eventually
help the company in managing and controlling the project in the better way as well.
Project closure
This is the last stage of the project life cycle, it is the stage in which the project of the company
is finished and delivered to the client in the market. This is the stage in which the project
manager generally used to check whether all the requirement of the project has been made
successfully or not in the project. After that project manager will be looking at the variety of the
different sort of the issue which can be occurred in the project after completion of the same in
the market as well. After that manager generally thinks of variety of the different sort of the
strategy as well in the market, so that whenever these sort of the issue generally occurs in the
project it can be overcome by the project manager in the better way.
After completion of the current project it was seen that the project was completed very
successfully in the organization. For conducting variety of different sort of the operation of
newly constructed project, client has to hire 20 workers so that variety of the different sort of the
activity can be carried out very easily in the project. Another issue which can occur is employee
turnover for the same reason project manager has decided to provide the good sort of the
motivation to all employee in a way that it used to help them in getting good sort of the support
