TASK 1
Characteristics of any project and stakeholder meaning
There are 6 different characteristic of managing the project in the organization. Different
characteristic are purpose, aim, objective, scope, time and deliverables.
Stakeholders of the project are all the parties who generally used to possess any sort of
the interest in the outcome of the project (Bao, Shi and Kalra, 2017). Different stakeholders of
the project are the project manager, sponsor, project owner employee etc. To manage the interest
level of different stakeholder and to understand the role and responsibility of different
stakeholder analysis is generally performed in the organization. Stakeholder analysis generally
gives the information about the way interest of different stakeholder can be maintain as it is
important task in the process of project success.
Purpose of Project Initiation Document
PID generally works as guiding document to the project manager throughout the process
of carrying out the project in the organization (Edwards, Serra and Edwards, 2019). Main
purpose behind making of PID is to records the variety of the different information which is
requires to define and plan the project in the organization. Another purpose of PID is to define
the project mandate and define the Aim and objective of the project. There are varieties of
different element of PID are project justification, this explains the rationale of conducting the
project. Communication plan which defines the way communication will take place. Project
plan, defines primary activity which will be carried out in the project.
State the purpose of feasibility
Feasibility studies generally define as a group of the activity which used to explain the
convenient level of completing the project in the organization (Low, Ismail and Tan, 2018).
There are varieties of the different sort of benefit which will be seen by the project due to
conduction of feasibility study in the project. Some of the benefits of feasibility study are as
follows:
Feasibility study in the project used to help the company in addressing where and how
project will operate. On the basis of the same different decisions are being made to
overcome the same in the better way in the organization.

Feasibility studies also assist company in identifying the variety of the obstacles which
will be seen by the organization in the long run of the business. These will eventually
assist the management in making different decision to overcome the same in the long
run.

There are variety of different sort of the knowledge which we provided by the project
management in project. Some of them are as follows:

6. Project Resource management

9. Project Stakeholder management
There are varieties of the different benefit which are seen of the same in the project. Importances
of different knowledge area are as follows:
Project time management aspect generally used to provide the importance for the company in
understanding the time which project manager and team has to complete. These heal project in
planning different accordingly in the project (Mamédio and Meyer, 2020).
Project resource management aspect used to provide the importance for company in having
information about the resources which they have to complete the project for the client. This
assist project team in optimum utilization of resources in the project.

There are variety of different sort of attributes and characteristic which need to be shown by
project manager in the project. Characteristic of manager are as follows:
