INTRODUCTION
Management of quality within the care environment is very necessary task to the upper
management of each healthcare organisation. According to the NHS (National Health Service),
every governing or non-governing healthcare institution within the UK responsible to provide the
best quality healthcare services to different people or patients. Currently government of the
United Kingdom is providing huge fund to its different authorised healthcare institutions and
organisations for regularly developing their quality of services. With the support of this fund of
government, top-level management within the any healthcare organisation can easily achieve an
extra-ordinary technological support (Khan, 2018). Basically, when any healthcare organisation
has an excellent technological support, then it will able to provide the best services to different
people. This is report discusses the topic based on ‘managing quality in care environment’. This
topic highly needs to be considered, because by considering this topic, any healthcare
organisation can easily develop its services. There are some key tactics and strategies also has
been discussed in this report which can contribute in developing quality in the care environment.

Government and health ministry of the United Kingdom has provided proper instructions to
different healthcare organisations for always providing the best quality services to different
people within the country without compromising with healthcare standards. There are legislative
and statutory plays an excellent role in this country for maintain proper standards of healthcare.
According to the UK’s health and safety act, every healthcare organisation needs to some proper
steps towards regularly developing their healthcare services. In case, upper management of any
healthcare organisation not adhere this act, then healthcare ministry terminates its licence.
