INTRODUCTION Managing quality in health and social care refers to provide better and effective health services and facilities to persons by health care communities and hospitals. Stakeholders refers to those persons are using services and facilities. When families are not properly able to give full facilities and health services to their kids so by the government those kids are legally transfer to another family its called Foster home. 2
