INTRODUCTIONManaging quality refers to the process which assist in improving quality of product andservices to consumers in order to get their satisfaction. This requires planning related to quality,assurance of quality through controlling and monitoring of working style. Quality managementassist in not only improving quality but also achieving it. In this report, there is discussion aboutmanaging quality in health and social sector. It is essential to maintain quality of services offeredto client's in order to maintain long term existence in industry. Quality in health and social care isimportant because consumers want some specified services such as disability, so it is essential toamong quality so satisfaction can be maintained (Amin and Zahora Nasharuddin, 2013). Thisreport is based on Rose Meadow which provides accommodation services, care and supportservices to resistance. Aim of this association is to improve quality of living life for people. Thisassociation provides 24*7 services by proper supervision with proper home like environment. Inthis report, there is discussion about different perspectives of quality in context of health andsocial care, different strategies through which quality of health and social care can bemaintained, different policies and evaluation policies and at last it discusses methodologies forevaluating health and care services quality. TASK 11.1 Perspectives of different stakeholders regarding qualityA. Understanding the quality of careQuality of care refers to the networking through which quality of services can bemaintained by managing cost and assist in maintaining customer satisfaction. In current market,there is essential role of technology, so it is easy to maintain telephonic and internet techniques.Quality of services can be done with the help of time management and limited errors. In case ofhealth and social care, there is requirement of best quality of services to consumers. RoseMeadow is the association which provides services related to personal care and accommodationsto help less people. As per case study, there is requirement of improvement in services offeredby individuals. So managers of Rose Meadow has to understand perspective of stakeholders toprovide best services (Barlow, Roehrich and Wright, 2013).1
