safety are some risks that may occur. This hotel chain needs to consider confidentiality ethical
issue. It needs to focus on maintain clients’ data safe and for that it needs to implement effective
software. Along with this, it needs to consider health and safety issue for making customers feel
safe and secure.

expansion of technological tools influence performance of overall business. This study has been
