with 100 years plus tradition and its start sates back to foundation of Royal Croation Slavonian
Bacteriological institute in 1901. below report includes Background information of case study,
Risk identification, Risk analysis, Risk treatment and prioritisation, risk assessment and some
other points analysing which includes Leadership roles, safety cultures, process, policies and
regulatory guidelines, staff development and training, monitoring or reviewing and
accountability.

origin date back to foundation of Royal Croatain Slavonian Bacteriological Institute in 1901. in
second half of 2015. this company became part of Dechra Pharmaceuticals PLC group. They
engaged in development and research, sales, marketing of veterinary medicines, production,
range of care goods for animals and feed additives (Aunyawong, 2020). Company work with
more than 220 employees and 75% are women working in their production, R&D laboratories
and quality Control. They use higher amounts of chemicals in regular production activities. Co-
formulates and active substances to around 87000 kg in 2017. Their major aim is at beginning of
2017, organisation executed a new system of hazard reducing whose major objectives was
future reduce or avoid risks in organisation and reduce affects of exposure to bad substances in
quality control, production and Research and development laboratories.

chemical substance and they try to replace them for employee's and environment's safety because
harmful substances are negatively affect people's health. There are many measures that are taken
by them to prevent lost of issues and company also effectively follow all rules and regulations
related to safety and health legislation which is framed by government. All measures are
regularly tracking and monitoring by company so they get appropriate results and enhance brand
values and spread awareness in organisation and among society.
