INTODUCTION
Recycling is consider as part of environmental considerations, which has become common
feature that applicable in the construction industry. Concrete materials should consist of various
waste item but it require to the use for building, bridges and road construction (Oluwafemi and
et.al., 2019). Typically waste components which mainly include cement concrete, metal, plastic
and soil. Concrete recycling will help in construction project to reduce waste materials, trying to
keep site tidy and safe.
The civil engineer will face a lot of problem or issue in the construction projects, which are
both positive and negative way to impact on the entire construction project. therefore, it is
mainly focused on the recycling concrete applicable in construction project whereas how it will
affect on the different raw materials.
The report will discuss about the use of Recycling concrete technique or method for
reducing the waste during construction project. It will consider the risk identification and find
out the appropriate solution. The documentation is mainly focused on the identification of entire
project scope, include project management plan through Gantt chart, PERT technique for
providing the better solution.
TASK 1
Risk identification
The London construction contractor firm that are working with various concrete
construction project. Assistant manager of company is mainly focused on use concrete recycling
technique in the construction project. In order to keep tidy and safe construction site. Sometimes,
it is the most effective concept which help for organization to reuse concrete materials into
another construction project (Ganiron , 2015). There is no doubt when reduce waste within
concrete construction project, which help in the project development. In order to maintain the
environment sustainability. But it is not success for long-term so that it can be identified the
different problem or issue in recycling concrete process.
The concrete rubble has potential of being contaminated by different materials. This type
of problem or issue should be consider when concrete incorporated into new. It is the
most common problem identified within construction sites (Oluwafemi and et.al., 2019).

The use of concrete recycled is the mostly in low quality or strength. For example-
Pavement base and slab are basically used in the structure concrete. The commonly used
recycled concrete in the sub base within road construction. In this way, it would require
the bulk fills or materials for drainage structure. After the removal of contaminant
through demolition which automatically reduce the size in crusher to aggregate size.
Research methods
There are different type of method that mainly used to gather or collect lot of information
within construction project. It can be identified the problem of project in regards of concrete
recycled and then applied to better solution to eliminate problem. By using secondary analysis, it
can be collected or gathered information about recycled concrete in construction project through
books, journals and articles (Oikonomou, 2015 ). In this way, it can determine the way in which
encountered the problem or issue. From collected the information, it has been determined the
better sustainable construction and always keep safe, tidy sites. While implementing the
technique of recycled concrete that may reduce wastage of concrete materials, but it lower the
strength or quality.
Feasibility studies
The feasibility study is based on the process which mainly useful for identifying the
different areas of project. In order to eliminate or remove the problem within construction
project. In the construction, feasibility study may take place of different activities, helping the
concrete construction project to improve stability. There are different way to perform the
feasibility study on the construction project when it can be used the Recycled concrete materials
in other project.
The recycled concrete has gaining more interest in global world because of their
environmental, energy and economic considerations (Oluwafemi and et.al., 2019). When it is
properly implemented the concrete recycled constituent which carried the economic advantage,
benefits. In fact, it also helping to indicate as superior quality of strength, durability and fire
resistance.
In additional, it should be consider the suitable method to identify the feasibility study of
project in step by step manner.
