helps in finding skills which need to be improved. So, to recognizes skills needed to be
developed to it is necessary to evaluate own performance. For that there are various models and
tools available that is SWOT, PDP, etc. this enabled in finding out weak areas and improving it
(Tomalin, 2019). It is also vital for business to develop career strategies for their workers so that
firm can develop strategies for workers so that business can form different teams who are able to
perform and work in effective way and attain goals and objectives. Such assessment will also
focuses on Career Development as well as Lifelong Learning as well as High Performance Team
and Individuals.

have high performance. it can be gained with the help of various strategies in it. It is necessary to

there are various type of high performance strategies which can be applied in improving
performance and working in affective where. In this I found that the 360 degree performance
strategy help evaluating performance overall and then weak areas are identified in which
improvement is required. I also applied this strategy which enabled me in finding out weak areas
and improving them. In this way I was able to enhance my skills and capabilities. With this I was
able to working creatively and achieve schools. Also I found that high performance strategies
focus on skills abilities and capabilities. with that it becomes easy to strengthen and develop
skills require to work an effective way in your team.
Along with that, it is essential to develop skills continuously so that growth and development
progress can be maintained. So I also want to maintain my career growth with high performance.
Also I found that high performance strategies provide a framework through which it is easy to
identify that what are the skills that can be developed. Moreover, strategies also helping setting
of goals and objectives in context of skills. The performance is measured as compared with
outcomes and then weak areas are identified. it enables working towards improving that areas so
that skills is developed and performance is improved.
I also evaluated that high performance strategy in enhance performance of individual in a
team which results in putting more efforts in achieving goals. this also motivate other members
in team to develop and gain skills to work in effective way. Moreover, creative working is shared
within team which leads to working different way.
The use of strategies enables in encouraging people to determine their weak areas and
how it can be enhanced. Besides that, it makes things easy to achieve career goals and objectives
by developing PDP and measuring their performance. In this way they are able to increase their
performance and become a part of high performance teams. Apart from it, overall organization
goals are also achieved in efficient way and it results in increasing efficiency of business as well.
Moreover I found that SWOT analysis is also a strategy which enable him finding out strength
and opportunities that can be improved. in this weakness is also identified which is enhanced.
this strategy helping do overall evaluation of an individual add analyzing what needs to be
improved to work in effective way. So on basis of that I’m able to make improvements in my
own skills and abilities. besides that, I am able to find out opportunities in which I can work to

performance.
In addition to that I found that PDP is also a high performance strategy which can be
useful in working in effective way in team. the plan you consist of skills which I need to develop.
It also contains strategies through which I can level up to skills and also ways of finding that
whether I have developed skill or not by taking feedback from others. It also includes time frame
in which I can develop my skills. Thus, the PDP help me maintaining my progress in high
performance. Along with that PDP is useful in setting of smart goals to improve my
performance. With that I am able to develop required skills I know how can effective way in
team. The strategy not only help me in improving performance but also measuring progress of
my goals with outcomes. So in this way I am able to identify weak areas and enhance my
performance. Also I am able to compete with other colleagues as my performances enhanced. so
it helps me in long term growth of my career. Also I’m able to focus on my goals letter to
improve performance.
Also, these strategies help organization in improving overall performance of team. It
allows in giving training to them by rich individual performance is improved that leads to
increasing efficiency of overall team (Modlin, 2019). Besides that it is useful and motivating
employees to work effectively and put more efforts in order to attain rewards. This also changes
the way of doing work. Besides that other employees also engaging in developing their skills to
enhance their performance. so this leads to creating an positive environment and creative
working in which all employees are involved. Along with that, high performance strategies allow
to strengthen abilities as well by gaining knowledge. It also changes way of performing task and
continuously improving performance. Hence, all goals set are achieved one by one in effective
way. It shows that many strategies focus on improving efficiency of staff and fulfilling their
career goals and objectives. Also, their weak areas are improved and they are able to perform
high and work in team effectively. In addition, they contribute in more effective way by
engaging with others. Along with that, it is essential to develop skills continuously so that
growth and development progress can be maintained
