INTRODUCTION
The definition of small medium sized enterprises says that those businesses that have fewer
than 250 employees. In one of the survey, it has been identified that there were 6.0 million small
and medium enterprises in the United Kingdom in the year of 2020 that was over almost 99% of
businesses. The concept of small and medium enterprise says that it must fulfil at least 2 out of
total 3 conditions that are turnover less than £25 million, strength of employees less than 250,
possession of total assets less than £12.5 million (Turner, 2019). The current assignment has
focus on providing a clear understanding about the meaning of entrepreneurial process of SME’s.
It also describes the features, nature and different types of firms like SME’s. Rowlinson
Knitwear has the different business development and growth method. This assignment is fully
focused towards analysis of SME’s in a detailed way with the clear observation of its
management.
