INTRODUCTION
As per the changing scenario of the market, small & medium enterprises are playing a
prominent part in the development of economical growth rate. It is necessary to pay more
attention on small & medium enterprises and also prepare specific Strategies and planning to
managing small & medium enterprises (Feather, 2018). This kind of enterprises maintains their
workforce, resources, profit margin & also assets. There are many types of businesses which
established on the basis of their size, scale, operations, and purpose. Every kind of businesses
contains their own applicability and also specific motive to show their appearance in the society.
UK government it started various initiative and policies which are provide proper support for the
small and medium enterprises so that they can regulate their operations in a smooth way. The
specific motive of this project is to discuss about Oak Cash & Carry Ltd that established in 2000
in Banbury, UK. This enterprise is belong from the food wholesale industry and also providing
best product and services to their potential customers. In this enterprise, the total more than 54
manpower are performed their task in an effective manner and provide their effective
contribution to generate almost 5.13 million dollars by their sales. This enterprise is mainly
offering groceries products and also deals with the wholesalers. Nicholas John Dale is the owner
of this firm who started this business with their innovative ideas and also specific vision and
mission and also works continuously to achieve their business objectives successfully. But
sometimes, Nicholas John Dale also experiences some adverse situation which affects their
operations and productivity of the firm. Some specific key challenges are recently being
experienced by the firm which also creates some risk factor and also so give negative impact on
their productivity level. Some specific key challenges which are experienced such as improper
financial resources, lack of high skilled employees, inappropriate organizational function.
This report will cover all the challenges which create problems in the working this small
