INTRODUCTIONGlobalisation is the process of interaction and integration between people, companies andgovernments worldwide. With increased number of product or services in the market, companyneeds to increase their market growth to attract more number of client stability. Globalisationplays a most vital role in the corporate world in order to keep the business level up. under whichBesides, economically, globalization involves variety of goods and services and the economiccapital growth. Globalisation helps company to enhance their global reach to make marketgrowth (Baylis, Smith and Owens eds., 2017). Present study will be based on Globalisationwhere Tesco will open the store in China. Tesco is the leading multinational retail store in UKand is now planning to open new store in overseas for launching supermarket products forconsumers. Present report will be discussing aims & objectives for the chosen scenario. Projectmanagement plan will be produced with the help of Work break down structure. Further,company helps to re-control the better transformation call in order to meet the needs oforganisation performance.
