Project Purpose
Health is one of the key factor that helps in managing the key components of the world.
The main aim of the project is to design the diagnostic center in such a way that it becomes easy
to enhance the medical facilities within the rural areas of the England. It becomes every much
essential to implement proper healthcare facilities so that the impacts of diseases can be reduced.
With the help of diagnostic center the chances of providing better healthcare facilities will
increase. The stakeholder associated with the project are identified with the report so that it
becomes easy to understand the project quality services. This ensures that better way of health
services is provided towards the people of the England.
Project Objectives
The key objectives associated with developing a diagnostic center is that it will offer
enhanced services towards the customers with the help of advanced technology. Beside this this
the chances of risk will also reduce that will protect the people from getting effected by disease.
The project will also develop awareness among the rural population so that they can be aware
about the diseases. One of the key objective that will be offered with the development of
diagnostic center is that it will offer a better platform for connecting the people with healthcare
services. The objective is to enhance the healthcare services and this will also ensure a better
way of managing the health condition. The project objective will be fulfilled with the help of
proper awareness and diagnostic equipment.
High level project description and requirements
Requirements are essential as this helps in carrying out a project successfully. The project
aims at providing better diagnostic center towards the rural people of the England. Health is

considered as one of the major component that is needed to be maintained properly so that it can
ensure a better way of organizing the experience. Based on the survey it has been identified that
around 17% of the total population lives in the rural areas of England. They are facing serious
issues with the health care facilities. Thus there is a huge need to develop the infrastructure so
that proper medical facilities. Health is considered as the basic right and thus the medical
facilities needs to be offered effectively towards the population. The Diagnostic center will be
developed with the budget of around $ 40,000 and the location is decided to be in the center of
the town. This will make the center easily accessible from different parts of England. Beside this
proper labor and equipment needs to be implemented within the diagnostic center. The process
needs to be organized properly so that it does not hampers the performance. Based on the
demand of center the branch will be enhanced.

The project milestone schedule is referred to the steps that will be completed after every
phases.

Project approval requirements
Before approving the project it becomes essential to ensure that proper requirements are
fulfilled successfully. The key requirements that are needed to be checked while approving the
project are listed below:
 The developed project is able to meet the needs of the customer
 Diagnostic center has the potential to offer better health care service
 Advanced technologies are integrated within the center for providing better services
 The health care risks are reduced with a secured environment
 The project is accessible with the help of proper platforms
 Proper staffing is being offered towards the center
 Medical and other stakeholders are organized successfully
 The diagnostic center will offer the quality medical center
 The center is using proper awareness programs for the purpose of ensuing a better way of
managing the patients.
Team members
The key team members that are associated with carrying out the project successfully are
project manager and the stakeholders associated with medical services. The stakeholder that are
essential for setting up the diagnostic center are medical care, medical professionals, nurses,
doctors and government. Beside this the other stakeholders that are linked with the development
of this project are pharmaceutical and insurance companies that has the potential to support the
performance. Thus with the help of proper stakeholder it becomes easy to organize the key
components. It is essential to identify the key stakeholders successfully so that it becomes easy to

manage the health care services that are provided towards the staff. However the center will be
designed in such a way that in case the demand of the service increases than the center will
become private. The team member needs to be engaged property so that it becomes easy to
develop the project.
