INTRODUCTION
Mental stress can be referred as the feeling of responding the external or internal pressure
such as fear, emotional challenge. It threatens the individual by the occurrence of unexpected
events. It is the becoming the major obstacle in student's life due to some factors such as fear of
failure, uneasiness, study fear, sleeping disorders and so on. It impacts on the physical as well as
on the mental health. It can damage the brain neurons permanently that depletes the ability to
think of a student. It gives a negative effect on one's mind (Gray, 2018).This project will include
the ways by which students can overcome with such a great issue and bring happiness in their
life. It also includes the recommendations in order to reduce their mental pressure. Their
efficiency can be maximised by reducing their mental stress. Further it will also cover personal
SWOT analysis, PDP and along with it the SMART Objectives.

Poor stress management can affect the life and mental state of students in their learning,
health and well-being. Discuss the effective means of managing stress, feeling anxious, or
nervous for university students.

The students are considered as the future of generations. But they are badly affected by
mental stress due to either by their poor academic grades or having a fear of stress. Mental stress
can lead to anxiety and depression and influences their physical and mental health. They cannot
concentrate on their academic carriers and results in getting poor grades. The students cannot
bear the mental pressure and suffers from various diseases such as High blood pressure and
anxiety disorders (Mediavilla and Garcia, 2019). It is necessary to live stress free in order to live
a happy life. It can also decline their health too and their mental state. It gives a bad impact on
the student's life and the fear of change creates anxiety in them. there is been observed that the
most considered issue which make the students to feel the anxiety ion the pressure which is given
to them. it implies that this generally creates the mental health of the person sand in case where
the stresses not managed that affect the health and the personal wellbeing of the person. The
depression is majorly the utmost risk . So there can be seen that it is important that the students
should be effectively counselled and guided for managing the work and the mood in the
situations so that they somehow avoid all such stress that can considered to be the loss of their
certainty and mental peace.

Every person is facing stress in his life due to various reasons. It is very important to
overcome this issue as it may lead to various major diseases. In case of students, it is very
challenging as they are easily drive to the stress essential which may create stress. Stress is the
major factor that changes various patterns such as schedule of diet, working pattern and sleeping
pattern. Students have the fear of failure, academic scores, homework, punishment. There are
many ways in which the student can overcome with the stress
The student should have made their sleeping routine fine as sound sleep helps in the
recovery of the brain cells which reduces the anxiety among them (Arabi and Zaidi,
2020).
The students should organise their work in a systematic manner so that do not have the
fear of not meeting the deadlines.
The students should be devoting towards their work and complete their duties within the
given time (Peters, 2017).

They can also create a new hobby by which they can spend their leisure time in pursuing
that, such as they can engage in any activity like playing cricket, swimming or dancing. It
will keep their physical and mental health sound.
The students should move their thoughts and thinking towards optimistic which will help
in keeping them stress free.
The students should manage the growth by complying and maintaining the positive attitude. This
provides that all the students should ion order to frame the mental peace lead to create the
positive though and culture and they should managerially comply with the coming nature
and the diverse though and actions (García and Martín-Lucas, 2020).
New skills should be developing by the students as that will; help them in communicating
and also manage them to attain the task and the regulatory behaviour with which the
learning can be applied in positive manner.
CONCLUSION
In this above analysis it is concluded that, students generally lead to have stressful situation
and environment and this affect their mental health and cause mental pressure, poor
performance in academics, lack of positivity and support. Furthermore, personal SWOT
helps in analysing the abilities and the internal capabilities of the person. In order to manage
all such things, the recommendations that can be given is:

being faced in working.
Time schedule is needed to be made that depicts and rely on the accomplishment of
