 Project management is a practice by which the
goals and objectives that is being set for the
specific project can be achieved at that particular
time.
 The project mainly goes through the 4 stages that
is initialization, planning, execution, controlling
and closing in order to make it a successful
project.
 The project is mainly led by a project manager
all the decision regarding a particular project is
made by him.

Background
 Business firms that implement a well-structured
and thoughtfully planned corporate
responsibility are able to present trusted
leadership in their business world and also they
earn respect of their customers.
 Today more and more companies whether small
or large-scale forms are implementing CSR in
their business in order to achieve the goals of
their business
