INTRODUCTION
Introducing advanced technologies in activities and functions of business helps in gaining
maximum competitive benefits from marketplace (Introducing Research Methods, 2017).
Digitalisation is an essential and important concept for each and every organisation to achieve
long term success and development. With the use of such aspects, all enterprises easily attract a
large number of customers and attain lots of advantages systematically. It administers different
benefits to company and highly involve in the growth and development of enterprise (Ahmed
Dine Rabeh, Jimenez-Jimenez and Martínez-Costa, 2013). This report is based on Austin Fraser
Limited which is an international recruitment consultancy, award-wining with expert consultants
including the Digital, technology, Automation, life science industries and Aviation globally. In
company, there are approx. 145 employees working. This assignment discusses about the
objectives and aim of projects as well as project management plan with the use of some
techniques such as Scope of project, Risk management, Quality control and many others.
Preparation of Gantt chart and Work Breakdown Structure are also shown in this study. In order
to conduct small research, business entity applies qualitative and quantitative method, it is also
determined in this report. Both research methods help the organisation in order to meet with long
term and desired objectives of enterprise, it is also shown in this assignment.
TASK 1
P1. Aim and objectives of project
In the actual area of business, with dynamic environment of company, demands and
requirement of clients are changing speedily. So, it is essential for the enterprise to provide
quality services or products at reasonable price. For this, digitalisation is effective and foremost
part of the business development and success (Alreemy and et. al., 2016). With the use of
advanced technology, firm easily informs all their necessary information or data to the
customers. Austin Fraser Limited is a service provider organisation main aim of which is to give
accurate and relevant information to the audience who are actually needed. Innovation or
digitalisation highly affect the business performance and profitability in a direct way. With the
use of such topic, company easily attracts a million number of customers and increase their sales
or revenues in limited period of time. It can reduce the essential time of company and provide
different opportunities to unemployed persons.

Main aim and objective of project is to complete all work in time to time. It gives large
number of advantages to the organisation in an effective and efficient manner. For example: it
manage chances to management for gathering data related to the consumers demands and
requirement which ultimately support business in fulfilling desires and needs of clients in an
effective manner. Cloud digitalisation facilitates the organisation to collect information and share
it from specific place to another location in few time. It provides different numbers of
communication tools in order to advertise their services or products in marketplace and
customer's mind (Chesbrough, 2010). All these support in increasing the performance and
effectiveness of an enterprise and contributes in sustainability and development of organisation.
Another advantage of using digitalisation is that it manage various platforms such as Facebook,
YouTube, Twitter and many other sides.
All these application are followed by many persons which assist the enterprise to found
different number of audience. Such concept bring long lasting relationship with customers and
cooperation among business operations. It support the upper level management of company in
order to analysing difference and remover them essentially. It observed fast implementation of
manufacturing process and help enterprise in retaining services quality (Conforto and Amaral,
2016). So, it can be determined that advanced technology can effects of business activities and
operation in a positive and direct way.

It is essential for the Austin Fraser Limited to develop an effective policy and plan about
project management plan in order to accomplish predetermined objectives and goals effectively.
Appropriate plan supports company in order to achieve long term goals and targets of business
entity in limited time period. It is essential for the enterprise to create an effective plan or
strategies so that all objectives can be achieved automatically. It also helps the business entity to
attract million number of customers and increase their sales or revenue systematically. Without
correct planning or designing, it is difficult for the organisation to attain maximum performance
and profitability in certain period of time (Crane and Matten, 2016). Project management plan
supports the enterprise to develop long lasting relationship with clients. Apart from this, there are
different aspects which are used by Austin Fraser Limited and its manager in order to handle
cost, time, resources, scope, quality, communication and many other factors in an effective and
efficient manner. All these are determined as below:
Scope of projects: Scope is essential and main part of company in order to develop their
services and essential information regarding digitalisation at different places. With the use of
advanced technology, company easily fulfils basic needs and requirement of customers in an
easy way. In the actual are of business, there are lots of chances for development in the existing
business environment. It will give advantages and benefits to the organisation in order to provide

Risk management: In each and every organisation, risk is developed. In company, there
are lots of risks involved in the planning of projects. So, it is essential for Austin Fraser Limited
to consider various essential forces that may arise as a part of risk. Before the plan
implementation, it is important for business administrator to measure entire risk included with
project planning that highly effects on business operation (Den Hertog, Van der Aa and De Jong,
2010). For Austin Fraser Limited, the variation of risks are maximum as it is not a famous
provider.
Quality control: Quality of the project is very essential in order to achieve maximum
profits and advantages in competitive marketplace. So it is essential for the manager to handle
their services and product quality by using various useful elements. Austin Fraser Limited
provides different kind of services to the customers and its valuable for the organisation to

maintain such quality in an effective way. For this, business easily achieve sustainability and
high success in the marketplace by maximising sales and profitability ratio.
Cost: In each and every company, coast is essential and foremost factor of the company
development and growth. Entire performance and profitability of enterprise is highly depend on
cost. For this, it is significant for the manager to bring off appropriate capitals with the use of
valuable sources. In regrades to plan and design project in successful way, it is essential for
company to have adequate funds.
Time: In order to plan an effective project successful, business consume more time which
is not good for them to accomplish long term goals and objectives (Doherty, Ashurst and
Peppard, 2012). It is very essential factors that highly influence business performance and
profitability ratio. In this digitalisation assist the manger to speedily provide entire information
regarding project and services.

employees who are not alert regarding the business operations and activities which are organised.
Such kind of activities are achieved then the sampling amount will be proceed of about 20
respondents on which research will be organised. They will gives latest and necessary
information about digitalisation to the clients. Therefore, accurate decision are proceed according
to the innovation or invention.
Persons who are doing investigation require to examine every day as well as ought to
solve exercises or plan effectively (Jones and Lubinski, 2012). This is basic for taking care and
seeing business capacities and tasks in an effective manner.

and digitalisation in a systematic manner. Optimum resources utilisation ensure proper
performance and profitability of the company (Langer, 2017). Digitalisation is essential and
important for the organisation in order to accomplish long term and predetermined objectives or
goals of an enterprise in an effective and efficient manner. Advanced technology also support the
business entity to attract large number of the clients towards effective services of them. Austin
Fraser Limited is a medium organisation which has positive image and by this, business never
make certain types of variation in the existing activity of the them. This will support the
enterprise to accomplish objectives and targets of enterprise along with acquiring competitive

benefits. In actual area, it is never required to have any kind of variation regarding dynamic
nature of business environment it will highly required.
Digitalisation is highly beneficial and important for the enterprise because its gives
different advantages (Larson and Gray, 2011). One of the main benefits for applying this tool for
reducing the burden and increasing the long lasting relationship with customers in limited time
period. With the use of these they easily attract large number of the clients and give necessary
information about any changes in the business entity.

P7 Reflection on value of undertaking research to meet set objectives & performance
Different problems are faced by investigator during the creaser. In order to reduce all
issues systematically, it is essential for the researcher to built accurate plan for entire activities
and functions. This can assist in giving accurate direction or guidelines of each and every task
accurately. A written plan and policy is created by investigator to decide accurate time and
sequence of all activities. It support in implementation and utilisation of whole operations or
activities in an effective way. During the time of investigation, research face lots of issues, in this
I also faced some problems regarding money and time. It is important to assigned enough
capitals and decided accurate period for all activities and functions (Laudon and Laudon, 2016).
The period that I have analysis needs and demands of customers regarding the digitalisation. I
select only 20 respondents in during the investigation. All these are foremost issues which is face
by me, it is not good for me to achieve long term benefits. Alongside this problems I attempted
all exercises and thus I took support of digital networking in order to accumulate maximum
information or data to them. Furthermore, I use different kind of research methods such as
primary, secondary, qualitative and quantitative which help me in order to identify basic needs
and wants of clients about business services and digitalisation.
CONCLUSION
As per the above mentioned report, it can be concluded that advancement in technology
is very essential and main part of the business success. With the use of such concept, company
easily achieve long term goals and objectives and reduce burden of work on employees. Project
aim and objective are essential for the organisation to complete all work in time to time. In
planning of management plan, there are some difficulties which is arise during the designing an

effective plan such as Scope of projects, Risk management, Quality control, Cost ,Time and
Communication. In order to conduct an effective research company apply qualitative and
