Similarly, the issues which was faced by me are in terms of conflict among members, lack of resource, limited time period, inappropriate respond of respondents and so on. EVALUATION AND LIMITATIONS While conducting research work, I have faced various limitation which created problems in achievement of set aim and objectives of given topic. The main limitations which came across me are: limited time period, inappropriate response of participants, budget was less, lack of getting proper data and information and so on. Every researcher has to face such limitation while
carrying out their research work. Therefore, they should try best to reduce limitation so that work can be carried out easily and efficiently. SUMMARY AND CONCLUSION The above report concluded that every enterprise has to maintain and develop proper equality and diversity at workplace that assist in conducting work effectively and efficiently. In case if organisation does not adopt such factors then it has to go through different issues like conflict, low motivation of employees and so on.
