INTRODUCTION
Managing business in an effective manner is the key to success as through this companies
will be able to improve their brand image in the market. On the basis of this approach, firm
examine the external environment and adopt some opportunities so that they can achieve
potential growth. Corporate social responsibilities are the activities that are performed by the
business organization in order to enhance their brand image in an ethical manner. Through this,
companies will be able to fulfil the needs and demands of their stakeholders in order to
accomplish their sustainable objectives (Crane and Matten, 2016). The present report is based on
Boutique hotel which perform their operations in hospitality sector. They are implementing CSR
activities at their workplace so that they can achieve their objectives in an efficient manner. In
this context, report explains the aims and objectives so that a proper guidelines can be set for the
all staff members. Along with this, it explains the work breakdown structure and gantt chart for
completing the project in an effective manner. Further, Some of the tools and techniques are used
by an enterprise so that they can implement their plan and performance can be improved.

Project is a planned activity that is performed by an organisation so that they can enhance
their brand image at the marketplace. Here, Boutique hotel formulate a new strategy such as
corporate social responsibility so that the firm will be able to achieve their sustainable goals.
CSR activities are formulate by an enterprise in order to fulfil the needs and demands of their
different stakeholders (Chesbrough, 2010). For this, manager of the enterprise has to set their
aims and objectives so that all members will be able to enhance their understanding about the
tasks that has to be performed by them. Some of the aims of this project are:
To identify the extent to which CSR activities help the organisation in order to achieve
their sustainable objectives.
To maximise the values and benefits for the stakeholders and shareholders so that their
overall satisfaction level can be achieved.

higher authority of Boutique hotel. Some of these goals are:
To determine the different types of CSR activities so that competitive advantage can be
gained.
To analyse the relationship between the corporate social responsibility and other goals of
the hotel industry so that overall performance can be improved.
To examine the issues or challenges that are associated with these activities and other
activities of Boutique hotel.
To protect the environment by adopting some of the environmental acts and laws that are
made by the government.
To create a safe and healthy environment at the workplace so that workers feel satisfied
while performing their work.
To provide some environmental, social and economical benefits to the society so that
their overall brand image can be improved.
Boutique hotel implemented these activities at their workplace so that they can resolve
the issues that are faced by them in the market (Crawford and Nahmias, 2010). Some of the
issues that are related to the profitability, expenses and so on. Through this, the hotel industry
will be able to improve their brand image at the global level.

like social, environment, employees satisfaction and regulations which are implied by

In social recommendation it can be advised for organisation that they should increase

a long period of time. The hotel has to provide all necessary facilities to employees so that it will
