negative impact on the environment could be reduced. Recycling at the premises will support the
college for making better use of waste products in the premises. Developing a project
management plan will help the firm for recycling the resources effectively and with this it will
also suport for making better utilization of waste products in the premises.

help them to save much cost for new higher priced elements. The students themselves can
indulge themselves to upgrade the inactive products and events in the college premises. The
efficiency of the workforce as well as the items increases from the project management and that
increase the scope of betterment.
Time of the project: Experimenting, reinstallation, renovation takes time and that depends on the
efficiency of the workforce who will be taking up the task. The estimated project time can be
taken as six months to a year where there will develop much changes in the regular order of
streaming.
Communication of the project: The communication of the interrelated to all the points which are
mentioned there in the above because when a project is recycled or reinstalled that time it
becomes easier for the student or for the governing body to understand because the characteristic
of the project remain same after recycle. The students are habituated with the old process
because the old process is the common process for the students and if any new project is installed
by replacing the current one that time it will became problem for the student to operate or
become familiar with the project. It will take lot of time to became familiar and lot of money to
install the new project so it is very much natural and easy for the student and also for the
authority of the collage to recycle or to re install the old project by upgrading the system which
will manage the current work flow.
Risk of the project:
There are some risk to recycle the project or to reinstall the project because e we all know that
every thing has both outcome one is positive and another one is negative ao till now we have
discussed the positive part of recycle a project by the students or by the authority of the collage
but now we are going to talk about the risk and the negative aspect of the project which h may
harm the initiative to reinstall the project. During the time of recycling the project the recycler
have to keep some points in his or her mind that the project should work properly during after
recycling ,all the material should be placed properly after recycling, all systems of the project
should be upgraded and should become a user-friendly to all of the students buy if this points
doesn’t work properly then it will become total waste of time, money and the labour. The whole
communication system will face a crisis. It will become equal of installing a new project than
reinstalling the old project. Another biggest is that the recycler has lack of proper knowledge or

the user might have less knowledge to work with the project. So the recycler should maintain the
proper knowledge during the time of recycling.
Resources of the project: when a project is recycled that time some resources are taken because
without any resource nothing can be recycled or reinstall. For example when a broken tubes are
there or any broken material is their inside the lab that time those things are taken to make other
materials by recycling. Like this there are many resources which are been taken for recycling
because all know that recycling is the cheapest mode making new product.

 Data collection methods; There are two different methods which need to for collecting
the data that is primary and secondary. Primary information is new and fresh while
secondary data is old and less reliable and published by different author. In present study
scholar used primary sources for collecting the information because it help in gaining

market as well as global market. In primary sources questionnaire method is used for
collecting the information. Data and information will be collected by preparing
questionnaire and on the basis of that response from the managers of Hook Norton
Brewery
 Sampling: Sampling is done through which researcher can easily gain information from
the target population. Non probabilist sampling method is used under which random
sampling method is taken into consideration. Here investigator need to collected
information from the whole universe. Here, 20 students of college has been selected so
that deep knowledge can be gather in order to accomplish aim of present research.
 Data analysis: After collecting the data it is important to analysis it with the use of
different tools and techniques. There are two techniques for analysing the collected data
that is qualitative and quantitative techniques. In quantitative techniques all the analysis is
done in a numerical form with the use of statistical tool or chi square test. On the other
side in qualitative techniques all the information is analysed in non numerical with the
use of thematic perception. In the present report researcher used qualitative techniques for
analysing the collected data. Here it use thematic perception, table and charts for
interpreting the information.
P6 Conclusion and recommendation
CONCLUSION
From the data analysis it has been concluded that recycling can be adopted by College so
that waste product can be disposed off effectively. Data analysis has been performed by taking
response from 20 participants of the college. It has been observed from the findings of data
analysis that majority of respondents have stated that East end computing and business college
follows process of recycling. Majority of the respondents are strongly agree with the fact that
recycling is effective for protecting the environment.
It has been stated by students that they agree that making a project management plan will
support for recycling the waste in the college premise. In addition to that students are agree that
recycling will conserve natural resources in the college. It has been stated by majority of the

respondents that recycling garden products and planting new trees will help in improving the
environment in the back garden of the college. Majority of the students are strongly agree that
recycling material such as paper, plastic, grass and metal can be recycled. In addition to that
recycle bin can be placed in different places at college premise for recycling the waste material.
RECOMMENDATIONS
It has been recommended that East end Business College can follow the process of
recycling and it will be a major step towards disposing off the waste material in the premises.
Here are some recommendations that could be implemented in the college :-
 Recycle bins can be placed at different places so that different types of wastes can be
done and all the students can be motivated towards making use of recycle bins that have
been placed in college compounds. These bins can provide an effective medium for
different materials that comprise paper, glass, plastic and aluminium.
 Purchasing department of the college should make efforts for buying any kind of material
that is hazardous. It will aid for speeding up the process of recycle and thus no hazardous
material will go for recycling the wastes. Non toxic waste can be avoided for going into
the recycle process and it will help for better recycle of all the products.
 Students and staff members in the college can be encouraged for purchasing material that
is made from recycle products and it will enhance use of Eco friendly products in the
college premises. Making use of Eco friendly products will help for reducing the waste
material that is used in the college compound. In addition to that students can be asked to
purchase notebooks that can be recycled.
 An effective project management plan will be created in which focus can be given for
recycling the different materials that could be used for making the disposing off the waste
products effectively. Different types of material that are used at college compound such
as furniture, electronic equipments, books and stationeries and other equipments that are
used in the college.

Description
I have completed a project in which I have carried out research with aim to Develop
recycling in East End Computing and Business college. In addition to that major objective of the
project was To understand the importance of Recycling. Second objective of the project is To
identify the ways through which Recycling can be done in East End Computing and Business
college. Third objective of the project is To recommend ways through which recycling can be
performed effectively in the college. In the project I have carried out research for identifying the
ways that could be used for starting recycling in the college compound.
Feelings
I initially felt nervous about how to carry out the project and with this I was also tense as
how to collect necessary data and information that is required for gaining required outcomes
from the project in effective manner. However, as the project moved gradually I started to gain
motivation and my morale for successfully completing the project improved. My knowledge and
understanding about the project has been improved and with this it has supported for providing
me better understanding about the project.
Evaluation
The Good thing about the project was that it enhanced by understanding about the
importance of recycling. I have also identified various ways that could be used for recycling
various products.
Analysis
I have performed the project in effective manner and it has helped me for making positive
improvements in my skills and capabilities so that I can complete research projects in effective
manner.

there is need for making more improvements in my skills and capabilities so that I can complete
