failures in order to diversify business process in a systematic and well designed order to gain all
the opportunities and objectives. By adopting different strategies of management trade can be
managed in the dignified way. There are certain training programmes which helps for the growth
and development of the business in a broader spectrum . The best way of running a business is
the creation of planning , organizing, controlling, directing, staffing and coordinating strategies.
There are some policies which can be adopted in the companies for the proper and right
functioning of the business. By advance implementation methods of products and services the
scope of the business can be increase in the best possible way. By adopting excellent methods of
planing will provide changes in the job opportunities , help out in encouraging more no of
employees. This report based on CSR project of Primark.

P1 Project aims and objectives according to unicorn grocery
According to the unicorn grocery , the aims and objectives are the very essential part of
the project in order to start or run the business and diversify its opportunities towards the
organizational and outside level (Wakefield, 2012).
Basically aims determine the achievements of the company . It is the future analysis of
targets . It tells about the goals and ambitions of the company regarding success and profits.
Objectives are the sole motives made in order to fulfil the aims and ambitions . They are the
different steps carried out with respect to the adoption of different policies, rules and regulations
and working criteria of the company to achieve growth and development.
Following are the aims and objectives of Unicorn grocery:-
Making sales and profits :- the foremost important aim and objective of this company is to
produce more selling opportunities for the profits and growth of the company by engaging more
no of customers . It provides different varieties of items related with grocery with the best quality
of products and services so that no one can ignore from buying purpose. The vast range of
services are available according to the exclusive deals . It made some strategies according to the
demand and supply criteria. The manufacturing process is carried out in a very advance manner
with innovative technological services. This is done according to the overall demand and supply

of raw materials, goods and services. It creates different department of manufacturing of items
according to the special, different, common, varieties of products. In order to increase customers
engagement it creates some home delivery services . The customer services department is of best
quality services through out the word. It take into consideration according to the quality of
cereals and also provides unique packaging services in order to satisfy customer needs and
demand.
There are some objectives in order to run the company by adopting some methods of
carrying the business in the best possible way. Basically the objectives of the company are
carried out in order to process all the work according to take focus into consideration. Focus
depends upon the success, achievement , goals, upbringings and most importantly future
expectations and opportunities. Objectives listed out all the steps and methods which are under
the supervision of higher authority , managers, directors , team leaders and chairman of the
company. According to the above methods aims and objectives can be achieves in the best
possible ways .

Objectives:
 To determine the significance of CSR and its role in sustainable development.
 To evaluate the effectiveness of CSR activity in the context of competitive advantage.

 To recommend the different types of CSR methods in the context of Primark.

P2. Produce the project management plan according to the aspects of costs , scope, quality , time,
communication, risk and resources.
According to the unicorn grocery project management plan envisages on the planning
strategies of the project by taking consideration according to the overall development of the
project and increases its efficiency and effectiveness in the best possible way. There are some

different aspects in order to manage the projects. In order to run any project strategies should be
made by project strategic implemented management process or PSIMP. This method aims at
different aspects and assessing the criteria of scope, time, quality, cost, communication, risk and
resources by following ways:-
COSTS:- This is the most vital part of the project . It includes the total cost of the project and
the net turn over . Costs determines the labour costs, logistic costs, transportation cost,
employment and employees cost. There are other costs like inventory and procurement costs
determines the inventory management and procurement management costs. Costs determines the
scope and future expectations of the project.
SCOPE:- scope determines the overall all future expectations of the project and it creates all the
variable according to different opportunities related with the project . By taking scope into
consideration an individual can be participate in the business. Scope tells about the out puts and
inputs of the project . It is the overall portrait of the project.
QUALITY:- Quality indicates about the minimization of bad and maximization of good. There
are different types of quality products like best quality products, average quality products and
worst quality products. To maintain the quality products , the company has arranging different
varieties according to the quality . The basic and foremost aim of this company is to provide best
quality products in order to satisfy customer needs and demands.
TIME :- In order to run the run or process the project time management is an essential tool.
Time is divided according to the different time frames. There is a certain time provided in order
to complete the project in a given time frame . There are advance time measurement methods for
managing time and focus on other businesses at the same time as well.
COMMUNICATION :- It is the process of interaction between one or more communicators. It
is divided into verbal and non verbal. There are different types of communication networks.
Verbal communication involves telephonic, face to face interaction and video conferencing
methods. Non verbal includes emails, messages, letters, add postings, charts, posters , graphs
and sketches. It plays a very important role in order to survive in the organization . There are
different communication gaps among the employees and employers by misrepresentations of
goods and services in the company. The company is going to adopt many advance and
innovative methods or ideas of improving communication in order to run the organization and
foster development.

RISK :- Risk is the uncertainty of a cause or situation . In order to start any project or business ,
one should adopt this phenomena by neglecting or ignoring all the future expectations related
with the project. The project is totally based upon risky situations , without any risk a project
cannot start because in starting point one cannot visualize the future profits of the project. The
most important aim of managing the project is to take considerations or overall focus on the
aims and objectives of the project by neglecting or ignoring the adopted risk or uncertain
situations , and this is the only method will help in to overcome all the difficulties related with
the project and by how the business would be successful and targets can be achieved in a best
possible ways.
RESOURCES :- Resources includes all the necessary requirement for the completion of the
project . It consists of man, material, money, power, water, machinery and others. Man includes
all the employees, workers, team members and labours engaging in the project life cycle.
Machinery includes all the advance and technological methods used in designing of the project.
Water sources and power generation with complete electricity facilities should be necessary .
Money includes all the expenses occurred by doing various activities in the project Lyle cycle.
These are the above methods which helps in the project management plan.

WORK BREAK DOWN STRUCTURE
According to Unicorn grocery, work break down structure is used in dividing different
parts of the project into various sub processes in order to make flexible working projects. It is an
engineering tool that helps in crack-up of project into smaller fragments. The work of this tool is
to arrange teams into different subprocess or sections. The basic components of this tool is good ,
information , services . from any of these. It is the estimation tool for cost and helps in giving
instructions or tips to programme improvement control (Lai, 2013).
It provides different steps for framing times and completion of stages. In order to make
training easier it provides certain facilities of instruments, facilities and services. Information is
given according to management, installation and assistance. It provides some mensuration
instrumentation process and reinforcement and handling instrument process. The next method is
site activation . It consists of assembly installation and investigation on sites. Industrial

installation include building, transformation and elaboration. Last is the starting repairs and
spares part which includes percentage and classification system of divisions.

GANNT CHART
It describes about the measurement of work according to the time frames and shows how
much work is done and how much production is carried out according to the strategies made
with respect to time. It determine the exact and appropriate time frames and provides the
accurate data of completion of the project with respect to initial phases, starting phases and
ending phases. The time frames are dividing according to the activities and percentages. For
example which activity is started on a given time and obtain a given amount of production in a
certain percentage. The work is calculated on the basis of percentage. For the assessment of the
production , it divides the work into activities according the work break down structure and
classified as different activities and process according to the different stages of work in different
time frames like days, weeks, months etc. according to the calculation of of percentage.
The advantages of this process is the determination of overall cost of production in an
accurate way. It helps in managing time frames and provides the systematic way of work. It
helps in achieving growth by determining the status of the work in different activities. This is a
best and advance method of performance management. It helps in the fast and instant production

by various measurement techniques and innovative percent age calculative method. This method
is very flexible , easy to use, it saves time as well energy , it provides accurate picture of work. It
helps in participation of healthy competitive.

P4 Qualitative and quantitative methods for meeting project aims and objectives
According to unicorn grocery , qualitative and quantitative methods of research are used
in finding and determining all the relevant information about the projects. It provides the
accurate picture of the project related with the history, geography , socially , culturally,
environmentally and most importantly the projects future and past expectations and scope.
Qualitative research methods collects all the information which is theoretical in nature . It
does not consider any numerical value. This type of research helps in finding out the
information about the particular topic related with the famous personality and activities
associated with the theoretical matter. This types of research includes questionnaires, face to face
interviews, telephonic conversation, unorganized observations. This is an easy method of
gathering information that generally saves time and energy. This method is used by some
professionals, students and teachers etc. The basic disadvantage of this process is its accuracy,
one cannot judge the performance on the account of full accuracy and appropriateness because
this method is totally based on personnel judgements and assessments. Questionnaires are
generally based on assessment of the answers like yes or no and right or wrong. This method is

used by the common interviewer and group of people (Velamuri, 2010). There are certain types
of feed back forms are available in which the answers are based on interpretations of small
judgements and analysis.
Quantitative research is the research process in which the interpretations are based on the
visualizations of numerical data. Mathematical calculations are based on the quantitative analysis
of data. This method is used in pie charts, graphs, tables, and some important calculations like
mode. Mean ,median and average. Basically this quantitative method of research is used by
scientist in order to make an accuracy in their work. There are different methods of quantitative
analysis of data interpretations . These are graphic rating scale, straight ranking method and 360
degree performance measurement. Graphic rating scale is used in performance management.
This method is wording to the graphical representations of performance with the help of the
numerical scale. Straight ranking method is used in order to provide ranks according to the
performance from higher level to lower level. 360 performance management tool is the full
circle appraisal and determines the overall performance of the project at the angle of 360 degree.

P5 Analyse research and data using appropriate tools and techniques.
According to Unicorn grocery, there are certain tools and techniques used in research
data analysis . These tools helps in the overall development of the project by adopting various
methods of data gathering information. They are classified as primary sources and secondary
sources (Kosonen, 2010)
PRIMARY GROUPS :-
INTERVIEWS :- it is the method used in taking face to face interaction with the client,
customer and candidates. This method is used in order to create overall judgement of the person,
its strong and weak points , its back ground, its experience , knowledge and overall personality.
There are some structured and unstructured interviews . The main theme to carry an interview is
for the employment purpose and searching the best talent. Interviews are carried according to
questionnaires, group discussion, recruitment, selection, placement, transfer and promotion.
Their are certain aptitude tests in the interview process. The interviewer basically focusses on
eye contact , facial expression, head to node gestures , a firm hand shake and a flooding smile a

part from knowledge , skills and capability. The basic disadvantages of interviews are they are
very expensive and consumes lot of time. There may be partiality by the interviewer through
wrong judgement and assessments. It requires quantitative data for the appropriateness of
results . The best part of interviews is that it minimizes bad quality and maximizes good quality
in a very small period of time through telephonic rounds by voice analysis.
SURVEYS :- It includes various qualitative and quantitative methods of data analysis.
Qualitative methods are used for the practical knowledge without any numerical data sources.
And quantitative methods are the scientific mathematical calculations based on numerical
methods and practical sources. They provide correct and exact images of the data without any
mistakes . They give accurate methods of calculations. The different types of quantitative
methods are tables, graphs, charts, mathematical calculations and others. The different
quantitative methods are lectures, case study and data interpretations. Qualitative methods are
used in letters, emails, messages and chat process. Quantitative methods are based on practical
numerical ability. The basic advantage of quantitative method is that it provides the accurate
findings and overall correctness. The basic disadvantage of quantitative data is the proper
knowledge of proceeding. The advantage of qualitative data is its flexibility of easy processing
and disadvantage is that it has not provide the accurate and appropriate results.
Theme 1 Customer response on Primark carried out CSR project.
Findings: As per the above given diagram, there are 15 customers who agreeing that Primark
carry out CSR project and rest of them are not agreeing with this statement.
Theme 2: Customer satisfaction level with the current CSR project of Primark.

Findings: According to the given graphical information, there are 12 respondents out of 20 are
satisfied with the current CSR activity and rest of them approx. 4 are not fully satisfied.
Therefore, cited firm need to improve their CSR project in the near future.
Theme 3 Customer opinion on the CSR activity helps in creating competitive advantage.
Findings: There are more than 18 customers who said the CSR enhanced the competitive
advantage in the market and rest of the not agreeing with this statement.
Theme 4 Customer opinion on CSR activity helps in improving business performance of
Primark.

Findings: There are 18 respondents are strongly agreeing that CSR activity plays a vital role in
the improving business performance of the company. On the other hand, there are only 2
customers not agreeing with this statement.
Theme 5 Customer opinion on CSR activity can be carried out by the Primark.
Findings: There are 8 customer said that environment protection is good, 5 agreeing for the
health are safety program, 3 support to the women empowerment and rest of them chose another
option.
Theme 6: Customer opinion on Primark need to promote their CSR activity.

Findings: There are 17 respondents who agreeing that Primark ned to promote their CSR activity
and rest of them not agreeing with that.
P6 Suggestions and reconsiderations for data analysis and their conclusion
According to unicorn grocery the suggestions and recommendations are based upon our
practical or theoretical experience or assessments. Proper suggestions are very useful in order to
innovate and implement some extra efforts or work for the development process.
Recommendations are the directions and procedures through which implementation of further
process is carried out. But the suggestions and recommendations should be appropriate,
beneficial, to the point and profitable. In the qualitative method of data analysis , it should be
take care that only highly professional member's are included in order to take any interview
session. Because this helps in giving correct and appropriate details of the person and provides
the best talent without ant misinterpretation. Strict rules should be adopted in order to fair
judgement of candidates. In order to lessen out the time frames , advance methods should be
implement according to the time consuming situations . It should be cost effective and saves
energy and time both. This can be done by considering limited employees on daily basis and
provides proper guidance to them with minimum amount of supervision. They should be
supported at best level as possible (Hunger, 2011 ).
If we take quantitative methods of research data analysis . This method is totally based on
calculations and numericals. For this method only knowledgeable , professional , experience is
required who know all the methods of mathematical science. This method is very valuable
method and provides the complete accurate picture. For these methods the use of advance and
innovative scientific technology is used. By adopting some methods like computers, laptops,

tablets, calculators and mobile phones burden of work can be lessen out. These methods should
be carried out with full concentrations, determination and enthusiasm. This is the most valuable
method of data analysis and creates affectivity and efficiency and foster the organizational
development in the best possible ways. These are the above conclusions , suggestions and
recommendations according to the research data analysis for managing the successful business.
There are some other methods in order to manage the business through time management . Time
management is the foremost important concept in order to manage time accordingly . The time
should be divide according to the work provided. For the organizational level. There should be
time management strategic implementation programme is adopted. In this programme guidance
should be provided according to the various stages of project completion in order to complete the
project in time and different ideas of how to overcome the in-correctness in the short period of
time by fast and accurate methods of working. There are different methods in order to minimize
the cost of production by applying the law of quality of services. For average and low quality
service products , the price should be kept low and for high and best quality products the price
should be kept high. This is the easiest method of minimizing cost of production in order to
arrange the products according to the quality, demand , supply and for special goods and
services. On the basis of above report, it has been recommended that, researcher can provide
financial assistance to the charitable trust and other firm in order to gain competitive advantage
in the market.
P7 Value of research to meet the objectives through own learning experience.
Research is the process in which a person gathers knowledge and information about a
particular topic or matter through the personnel sources, online sources and outside sources in
order to put it out across the world. It provides learning capabilities by constructing knowledge
and skills for a definite reason or purpose . It improves the thought process of an individual by
providing the opportunity of gaining lot of information, ideas and methods of learning. The best
part of research study for the employees is that , it is a reputed profession. It provides the
solutions of the problems in a wider aspect. It improves the personality level to a grater extent
through knowledge and experience. It encourages more and more people in research
development programmes. It provides different methods of development in order to achieve
success and achievement. It improves the communication of an individual by experiencing a
different types of knowledge and visualization. In order to approach any company or any matter ,

one should go through the research process by collecting all the information about the company
and investigate according to that. Research provides basic idea of advance thinking process. In
order to perform any research programme one should kept in mind about the appropriateness,
correctness and effectiveness of the research for the future prospectus. These are the different
learning assessment which helps in the development and managing success full business and
improving self learning process (Ries, 2011). With the help of this report I learn how to collect
primary information by using appropriate tool. The most significant learning in this report is
related with the analysing the collected data and present in an effective manner so that researcher
can meet their research aims and objectives.

According to the above study, it can concluded that managing successful business is the
process in which how an individual or an organization overcome the different types of business
difficulties and aims according to the objectives. Their re different qualitative and qualitative
factors associated with research data analysis. There are some tools and techniques related with
business projects in order to determine the effectiveness and efficiency the business. The best
way of running a business is the creation of planning , organizing, controlling, directing, staffing
and coordinating strategies. There are some policies which can be adopted in the companies for
the proper and right functioning of the business. the planning strategies of the project by taking
consideration according to the overall development of the project and increases its efficiency and
effectiveness in the best possible way. There are some different aspects in order to manage the
manage the projects. In this session the learning experience is carried out by personnel
experience, knowledge, outside experience and environmental experience of the business. It is
the concept of skills, capabilities and attributes. Learning is improved by advance thinking and
innovative technological methods. These are the above different aspects and judgements in this
