INTRODUCTIONCorporate social responsibility is the business approach which contributes to thesustainable development by supplying and delivering the economic, environmental and socialbenefits for all the stakeholders. CSR is the concept which define various practices in bettermanner within an organisation (Twiss, , 2013). There are around 50 employeeswhich are responsible for distinct duties which needs to be performed for an organisation. It canenhance its capacity by using the digital methods. The following report report will talk about theneed of this code of conduct by highlighting its advantages to referred organisation. With thehelp of distinct resources data will be collected which will further help in knowing the effects ofusing digital application in the work context. TASK 1P1 Aim and objectivesCorporate social responsibility is the board term which can be used to describeorganisation efforts in order to improve the society in better manner. Such efforts can range fromdonating and charity of money to implementing in the environment friendly policies andstrategies in the workplace. It is an important for organisation, employees and voluntarycompanies. In this, expansion and profit maximisation is the ultimate goal of all the organisationthat are operating in different product and services in the context of CSR. For this it is veryimportant that whatever is the current trend in market is adopted so that competitive advantagecan be effectively achieved. These days operations are so much diverse that it becomes difficultto manage them manually and therefore they need to be handled in a different manner. Usage ofCSR activities which help them in developing and building effective reputation in the largemarket place (Laudon, and Laudon, 2016). In current time period, corporate social responsibilityis the process which help company in servicing services and facilities to the society as well ascommunity in the specific location. Wiser company mainly focus on performing good in theirinteraction which will attract the local media channels in all across the world. CSR provides anopportunity for stand against their competitors in order to reach with sustainable goals and1
targets effectively. This will assist in developing best practices and activities that can be used forgaining huge income and profitability for the firm.
