hired the employee instead of selecting the candidate from certain place, religion, location etc. In
this they have promote the equality within the business with that it is also be needed that the

equality and diversity but with that different challenge also get faced. The following report is

product and forces as like general merchandise, grocery, and financial services. The report

There are various benefits of the equality and diversity as like employee engagement and
participation, performance enhancement, generation of creative ideas, development of
productivity, increment in profitability and many other factors as well. In addition there are some
of challenges and issues as well that get raise as like the communication gap will get increases as
the diverse workforce it become challenging as the language is the biggest barrier, there are some
many solution get listed thus it is hard to pick the one that has better advancement within the
business and many others as well (Bell, 2018). The equality and comprehensive will get

promoted by the business by which they get collaborated with the better number of employee
that developed more profitable aspect.
