Introduction
This report aims at talent management strategies so the best organizations use to draw in
and hold individuals. As Human resource management is the main branch of an organization as it
is the one which is to recruit and join new representatives for the organization and results in
expanding their usefulness (Chamberlin and Mann, 2021). Human resource manager is the
person who is mindful to hold representatives for since quite a while ago run the organization.
Ability the board is the way toward making an exercise which can hold representatives for long
time. In this organization which is taken is Compass group. As company is the biggest contract
foodservice company which is serving meal in various locations that includes schools,
universities and factories etc. in this report there is a research aims and objectives and then it
consists of research methodology and project management plan. Then there is a reflection and
interpretation that is discussed in the report. There is reflection of the investigator in conducting
this research.

Project aims: The main aim of the project is basically related to the deep analyses and effective
growth of the company. This is very important for managing project is to analysis the favourable
outcome and make sure to analysis some major changes and effective plan for analysis the
growth of the company. It could be related to effective growth within the market. The need of
analysis talent management and draw their basic advantages through different challenges. This is
helpful in analysing and growing demand to work which related to growth of the company and
its project aims.
Deliverables The deliverable outcome are the one which are essential and related to effective
sources within the society. This is related to work and culture of the company, and it will make
some major effective strategies and try to overcome the growth of company. The major strategies
are basically related to effective source and their different opportunities are basically helpful in
managing business (Saad, 2020). It will helpful in managing and increasing the need to analysis
some major changes and their growth within the market analysis.
Communication: This is the method which are helpful in analysing some major growth and
manage the understanding the different concept. As it will be change throughout the day. Some
major changes and their growth are related to make some major effective benefits to make talent
management process. It will be related to project and make sources to analysis for make talent
management process.
Resources: This is the process which are related to effective resources that are needed to be work
and manage some other effective growth to analysis and make some marketing approaches.
These resources are able to analysis some market research and make quality of management for
having resources over the team work (Neal, 2019). It would be helpful in managing and growing
the resources which are helpful in getting the objective which are needed.
Quality: This is an important aspect and growth of the enterprises, as it will be related to major

activities on the qualified status. Further the company are able to work and manage effective
