INTRODUCTION
To develop effective and conformable working culture in
the company every organization need to create inclusive
and diverse workforce. It is the duty of higher authority
and supervisor to carefully look after the employees and
provide them positive working environment at workplace.
Inclusive workplace refers to working culture of the
organization that respect and values the individual and
enhance their ability and capability. Inclusive workforce
helps in increasing talent, productivity and sales of the
organization. Organizations can create inclusive working
environment by listening their employees, communicating
goals and major progress to employees etc.

Sampling
There are two types of method of sampling one is
non-probability and other is probability. The
investigator adopts probability sampling method for
assessing the effect of diversity as well as equality
at workplace. There are 40 respondents which are
taken into consideration by adopting probability
sampling method (Marx and Soares, 2016).
Whereas, non-probability sample method is not
adopted because it entails large amount of resources
within business organisation.

The research is conducted by preparing of questionnaire which helps in
gathering or collecting information and data for the company Vodafone in
an effective and positive manner. Questionnaire show that the equality
and diversity at workplace can be done with some recommendation given
below
Higher authorities and supervisor of Vodafone need to understand the
importance of the equality and diversity at workplace in order to
attract more talent and retain old one in the organization (Nuratch, S.,
2017).
. This is possible by appointing effective leader or manager in the
organization, effective leader in the sense a person who effectively
communicates with employees also able to maintain strategies and
policies of the organization and who helps in conducting positive
research.

taken by the company. Company have to bring equality at
