INTRODUCTIONManagement is a prior element in a CSR project to reach out the objectives, corporatesocial responsibilities are the function which can help to an organisation to be effective forsociety (Gido, Clements and Clements, 2014). Most of the companies are conducting these typesof projects which supports their development process. This projects is based on the TESCOwhich wants to be more environment friendly which can help to them to be more effective forthe society. And which can improve their image among their targeted customers. This projectwill present project management plan, work break down structure, Gantt chart, small scaleresearch and thematic analysis for CSR project. PART 1P1 Aims and ObjectivesTopic: CSR in the Tesco to develop their process environment friendly to provide a pollutionfree environment.Objectives: TESCO is a multinational company which is having an objective to be environmentfriendly by creating changes in their work which can help to them to connect with theircustomers (Halverson and et. al., 2014). They wants to make change in especially in their retailgrocery market because they are having huge numbers of their supermarkets. Some of their mainobjectives are here which are related with their CSR project:TESCO wants to give a pleasant and pollution free natural environment which canprovide a healthy breath to their customers and employees. Main objective of this project to make a better change in their climate create positiveimage among the targeted customers. Increase the sales by 3% in this year which can help to them to increase their profits. Aims of this projectTESCO is a responsible organisation which is having a proper focus on the social welfareso they are making these types of changes in their work which can help to them to make abetterment in their business activities. To encourage employees to work better which can help to them to improve productivityof the organisation.1
To improve working conditions of the employees of the organisation which can help tothem to make a better change in the organisation. P2 Project management planProject management plan is an essential tool which can help to them to make a betterchange in the organisation (Smith, 2015). Project management plan is related to this projectwhich are making on the CSR of the TESCO and this project plan will help to identify the cost,time, scope, quality, communication and resources which can be used in this research project. I9tis essential to identify these elements which can help to the researcher to maker a betterassumptions on the project to support the organisation to make changes. These elements aregiven under here;COST: It is related to the cost which can effect on the project, it is having a several task whichand work which are having a need of finance. So it is essential for the researcher to makeassumption of the cost which can help to them to gather enough financial resources against theneeds of to convey all business activities in a better manner. Some of the points are here whichare having a need of the cost;Gantt chartQuestionnaireData analysis and interpretationRecommendations through an experienced data analyserSo these are some points which are having a need of the financial availability which can help tothe researcher to make a better research against project objectives. On the basis of previous CSRprojects a cost can be assumed by the researcher which is around 100 Pound .Scope: Scope is related to the area and dimensions in which this project will work. This researchis having huge scope, this project will starts from the time frames to recommendations which canhelp to the TESCO which can help to them to make a better change in the organisation to providea better working environment which can heal the to their employees breathing system by makingchanges in their super market stores (Taylor, Bogdan and DeVault, 2015). This research willwork thorough qualitative work which can help to them to make a better change against theprojects aims and objectives. Time: There are several activities are involved in this process which can take times. Startingfrom making time frames and Gantt chart it can take time to analyse what are time frames2
